Id say the twins stir the pot the most.
Nicola knows what shes doing and is careful what she says, the twins on the other hand dont have a clue about the program and dont alter what theyre thinking so they come across better to the viewing public

I would absolutely love it if that happened, even though it is a bit late in the series for a new housemate.

If there is going to be another CBB10 though, then I would prefer him in that one instead.
