the twins have an argument straight after leaving the diary room and on a day when the housemates are being set a lot of tasks and not soon after it there is no tension at all between them and they are laughing about the very next task with Gareth despite supposedly having a personal argument which results in tears a little bit earlier.....yet all the housemates believe it and continue to believe it
I know it's different from the perspective of a viewer but I don't think it takes Hercule Poirot to put that one together

they all suspected it was a task at first obviously, but the Twins really did do as good a job as you could expect from anyone. No one can say they didn't give it 100%, so they deserved to pass.

The clock wasnt ticking and there were real tears and aggression in their tone of voice, I thought it was very believable!

yes because if they were doing a task to create a convincing argument, BB will show the clock ticking

Well they could do tbh
But ticking was the identification of task, it helped cover up the secret task as well as their great performance. I think the shock of the twins actually arguing and crying stepped them back so that the first thought of 'secret task' was questioned and shook off.

They are a class act and class actresses.
It was a lot more believable than most other secret tasks tbh, Kristina was actually proper crying in bed
