erm. not good.

-has pulled an all nighter because I realised I had a lot of homework-
but when I don't do this and I'm not woken up by 6:30 fire alarms, it's usually about 2am to 8am.

Go to bed at 9, wake up at 6.

9 because I cannot stand socialising with the people at this school. And 6 so I have enough time to get ready slowly before lessons start.

Mines been all over the place recently. At the moment I go bed bed between 11-12 and I get up at 7am in the weekdays.

But when the weekend comes it goes mad and I go to bed anytime between 11-3 and wake up any time between 9-12.

I was awful in the summer though. 4am was my bedtime back then and 1pm was when I woke up. :joker:

It doesn't matter how late I go to bed (though usually by midnight), I'm always up by 6.30am. I don't need an alarm clock, my body just won't let me sleep any later than that! I'm definitely a morning person, in a great mood when I wake up and grumpy as hell by bedtime:laugh:

It's messed up. During my holidays it got to 7am-3pm which was just ridiculous. I tried to fix it for uni, thought I had, slept 11 hours and then couldn't get asleep till 6am last night when I was meant to be up at 10. Need to get it back to about 1/2 to 9/10.
