Who’d have thought it? Celebrity Big Brother viewers love a bit of drama! Last night’s show was watched by nearly 3 million viewers, the highest rated episode since the series launch earlier this month.

2.8 million viewers tuned in for yesterday’s highlights package, which saw rows between the twins, Denise, Nicola and Frankie Cocozza.

It was up nearly 500,000 viewers on last year’s equivalent episode, showing that there’s still plenty of interest in the aging reality series.

The high ratings also boosted Channel 5 overall, with the channel beating rival Channel 4 across the evening.
