No Im sure more of us who drink have gone beyond our limits ON OCCASION...we dont do it every time someone breaks open a bottle of wine though...thats the difference...she cant seem to stop once she has started, and she has been drunk more than anyone in that house and she has only been in there for just under three weeks. They are all in an unnatural situation, not just Denise yet funnily enough she's the one that always seems to get in the worst state and into the most arguments, it doesn't bother me I find her an entertaining housemate but it may harm her ability to win.

There are nightly parties and Frankie is always up for a party, but however drunk he gets he doesn't seem to be involved in conflict the way she does.

There is no harm in joining in but if she is truly being herself and she unable to stop drinking alcohol just because it is put in front of her, resulting in arguments, then continues drinking during and after the arguments of course its going to reflect badly on her, especially as you say this is 100% what she is geniunely like.
