Is Romeo the token black person?

I notice there is ALWAYS one black person in CBB which seems intentional because blacks are only 2 percent of the population of the UK. So logically there would be one in 50 of the housemates should be black. That comes up to about one black housemate every 4 series yet there's always one. There isn't necessarily any housemates from other minority groups like south asians or far eastern people but there's always a black guy in CBB.
