Anyone else just find it sad that people openly state that they hate the American housemates because they are "yanks". I have read numerous posts both here and on DS where forum members have hated a housemate because of their nationality.
Even seen pathetic accusations that only Americans could vote for American housemates and that it's totally implausible that a British member of the public would want to vote to save an American housemate. I think we live in a country where a lot of the public think that because Big Brother is a British show, mainly full of British housemates that only a British housemate should be crowned winner. We will never seen an American housemate win in my opinion because of these xenophobes. Disgusting view to hold and someone's nationality should not be a reason to hate a housemate.
