She was in Asda and got a call from an unknown and answered and her signal went. Do you think they will call back later if it's BB? On Twitter they said they'd call from unknown..

Tell her to go and get her phone, I will ring her back in a minute
Maybe it was her sugar daddy?

i had my callback monday last, on the 23rd, they'll be doing them as and when required up until about 2 weeks before each respective audition.

Last year I was in a meeting when they called me back and I had to shut them off very rudely but the still called back but a lot later.

Do you have to go through the whole process again even after doing the runthrough?
I thought Mark went straight to the Top 150 last year after going all the way to the final stages in BB11.

Yeahp, we were all encouraged to audition again. I'd be really surprised if I didn't make the final stages now I've already been rang. I mean think about it, I'm not a risk, they can make an informed decision. If they didn't like what they saw, don't call. Whats the point otherwise.. Faye last year also reached the final stages of BB11 but did the whole process again, so I don't think its uncommon.

Did you submit a video the usual route? I'd assume they would just treat it as a separate application at that stage as it's more likely just to be runners who are told to flag up anything interesting.
I'm wary about auditioning this year as I'd hate to get a callback from a video then get turned away by the producers because I didn't get all the way to the end last time (they did encourage us to audition again at the end of the group session but I assumed that was more because they wanted a good turnout rather than because we had any chance of getting through).
Thought you would have been turned off the whole BB process by now anyway

Yeah I submitted a video just like everyone else, I just set it to private and deleted it once I had my callback. During our debrief after the dry-run, we were told that some of us will be future housemates so please apply again and don't stay in touch with each other outside of Big Brother.
I won't go into great detail, but in that small group of 10 I definitely was the odd-one-out in the group in terms of personality and up-bringing, resulting in slight alienation and 6 out of a possible 9 nominations. (A mirror of what happened to me in the final stage group audition). I was called into the diary room 6 times (not including my many self-motivated visits), 3 times more than anyone else (i counted), in fact more astute housemates noticed this and were mentioning how they think big brother "liked me". So I consider myself to have done well (or not depending on how you look at it) during my time in the house.
I honestly was not going to apply again this year, until they asked me to do the dry run and implied I had a serious chance, so it would've been a great shame to not see exactly how far I could take this. If its a no again, I'll let it go and move on. But time will tell, and I figured getting fast tracked could only be a good thing.
I have a theory the senior execs may have sent instructions, such as "if so and so applies, put them through". But I don't know how this works in terms of skipping people ahead, from my experience, they need housemates to have applied as a formality, but then again for all I know, some of my housemates from the dry run could've already been contacted and asked to do the show, who knows. My intitial reaction to the call back though was "They've seen me in the house, if I wasn't what they're looking for, why would they call back at all?"

My thought is that the first stages of the auditions are to determine whether or not you're a marketable "character" who is capable of being fairly articulate and interesting while filling a certain role (hottie, geek, bully, posho etc). Then from the group stage onwards it's more about trying to find the best combination of people, based on how they interact with the group (I bombed my last one as I didn't really connect with that bunch; I know I can do a lot better but I'm not going to apply as I think they'll hold that group stage against me).
Good luck getting through if you really want it. Though I'm a bit scared you'll be another Aaron if you got so much extra 'screentime' than the rest  I'm hoping for a much more balanced cast this time.

yeah i know what you mean. it would be disheartening having gone as far as you can go without actually being an official televised housemate to get sent away at stage 1 the next time. we'll see, should be an interesting few months.
interesting that you mention Aaron, my wife was 100% sure during last season that I was in the "aaron" casting category. To further this point, there was a muscley tattooed geordie in the dry run, and we completely despised each other. After i left the diary room from nominating..
geordie: so was I first or second
me: you were first mate
geordie: same
it was completely aaron/jay all over

You could discuss noms in the dry run too? Hope this means they'll keep it for the main series. Do you think you would have survived against your competition if you'd actually been up for the public vote?
If I was in your shoes I'd definitely apply again but if you're the Aaron, I'd think the producers would hate to have another winner too similar to him so I hate to see the kind of negative edit you might get!

I must admit, I know it sounds sad and rather desperate but I did think I stood a chance to get a call back to be Fast Tracked to this years Big Brother 2012 - STILL waiting on that call!
I mean I know they're looking for the GEORDIE SHORE cast to be in the normal Big Brother but surely Celebrity Big Brother just goes to prove to you that having some fun, slightly ecentric older characters really works, for *****s sake the winner was in her 50's!
I really feel drawn to be in the house (like I'm sure many do) but really dont understand why they are going for people that merely have one pube let alone any experiences in life to talk about for 8-10 weeks.
Really hoping my mobile goes off soon, in the meantime have a look at my footage:
