The first thing we need to know before we proceed is who was this seasons Mole?
Some of you may know who, but for those who do not, the results are here.
If the screen goes red, then they were The Mole. Remember, The Mole may still win this season...

aw damn it.
I thought it was someone else :/
Ahh knew it! I guessed him since like Episode 3, then drifted off a bit, and then on the night of my execution I was 100% sure...by which time it was too late
Callum
02-02-2012, 07:15 PM
Chuck :o Didn't suspect him myself
Brother Leon
02-02-2012, 07:16 PM
I felt it was him after Mollie went.
Ramsay
02-02-2012, 07:16 PM
Yeah same Mollie..since that music task where he sent in the same time as Doogle and messed up the mission i was sure from then on lol
Samuel.
02-02-2012, 07:17 PM
Chuck wasn't bad as the mole. It took me 5 or 6 episodes to notice all the mistakes in the tasks he was making.
It was pretty obvious by the end though.
Doogle
02-02-2012, 07:18 PM
I thought it was Mollie/Kate/Karl, refused to believe otherwise for ages.
And out of that 3 Chuck would be my last choice.
What is this madness
The reason I wasn't 100% sure it was him was because I thought "Would it be that obvious? Surely The Mole would be trying to keep a low profile"...that's why the other 2 suspects stuck in my mind.
And tbh it wasn't really that obvious unless you were paying close attention, which I was.
Roy Mars III
02-02-2012, 07:18 PM
Been guessing Chuck since quiz 2, except for that random week I went for Black Dagger for some reason
Benjamin
02-02-2012, 07:19 PM
So now we now that Chuck was The Mole. Later on we will be finding out if he has managed to beat the players, or if Roy Mars III or Samuel will be the winner.
But first, lets look back through the episodes. Coming up, Jarrod's execution...
Doogle
02-02-2012, 07:19 PM
Oh yeah Chuck **** you messing up my beautiful plans for that task
That didn't even trigger in my mind he would be the mole. But I had no idea which of the answers were Chuck's on the quizzes anyway.

Episode 1: Jarrod's Execution
The group all met each other for the first time and were instantly thrown into the game when asked to vote for who they initially suspected to be The Mole. The majority chose Mollie and, through this, she secured herself the season’s first exemption.
The challenge was then revealed, to find one hundred moles that were located around the forum. The group struggled to organise themselves properly and ended up confusing themselves and searching places they had already searched. Chuck managed to get away with not looking at all, not locating any moles and sending in a duplicate answer which helped the group to lose a lot of points. This went pretty much unnoticed by the group, with only Kate and Charlie being suspicious of Chuck’s actions.
Roy managed to secure himself the second exemption on offer, leaving the remaining 12 players to fight it out for the first execution.
At the top off the scores we had Callum and Kate, and even though Callum suspected Samuel, he managed to correctly answer more questions about The Mole.
At the bottom of the scores however it was a close call and looked like it was going to be King Anton, until Black Dagger drew with him after sending his quiz in later. It was only due to Jarrod not sending in his quiz that saved Black Dagger at the last minute from becoming this season’s first victim.
The Scores:
6/10 – Callum, Kate
5/10 – Charlie, Jamie
4/10 – Doogle, Firewire, Karl, Mollie, Roy Mars III, Samuel, Stu,

Episode 2: King Anton's Execution
This time the group were all chained together and had twenty hours to release all the players from the chain.
After a quick start to release Charlie the group found themselves come to a grinding halt as they struggled to choose who to release next. This wasn’t helped when the offer of releasing a player from the chain at the cost of 250 points and giving them an exemption was thrown in. Samuel asserted his authority that the group should give this to him as he would only take an exemption later on, which would cost the group more points despite everyone else’s concerns they should use it on less active players. The group gave in and released him, as opposed to a less active player, which was a decision they later came to regret.
Next to be released was Karl, but this took nearly fifteen hours to do, even though Karl had come online during the early hours and could have donated his points to release Black Dagger and push the mission ahead quicker. He was the last player released from the chain.
King Anton was given the chance to earn a reward or a punishment. He was given a key to a box and told that he had until the mission was over to decide if he wanted to use the key, not knowing whether the contents in the box were good or bad. He decided to open it, despite Chuck trying to persuade him not to open it, and earned the group a point doubler for any points they won in this round.
When the quiz came it was a close fought battle again, with a three way tie at the bottom between King Anton, Doogle and Jamie. Doogle sent his in first. King Anton sent in his quiz just three minutes after Jamie, so he lost his place in the game.
Roy Mars III however suspected Chuck as The Mole and this led to him topping the scores this round.
The Scores:
5/10 – Roy Mars III
4/10 – Firewire, Kate
3/10 – Karl, Mollie, Samuel
2/10 – Black Dagger, Callum, Charlie, Stu
1/10 – Doogle, Jamie, King Anton

Episode 3: Charlie's Execution
‘Easy On The Ear’ challenged the group to listen to and identify 101 different song snippets. As Doogle became the first player to post in the episode he was given his own mission and an exemption; he had to give me ten guesses as to how many the group would correctly send into me.
The group worked well in this, and managed to identify over 65 of the songs. However they also managed to send in some incorrect answers and both Doogle and Chuck sent in the same answers, leading to the loss of quite a lot of points.
This episode the scores were quite spread, with the group diving in all directions with their suspicions. Karl claimed the top score this episode, followed by Mollie, even though she hadn’t suspected Chuck.
Doogle , had a lucky escape, as he scored the lowest but had gained an exemption from the execution. So it looked like it would be the end for Callum or Stu. As Charlie failed to send in a quiz before the deadline he was therefore automatically executed.
The Scores:
7/10 – Karl
6/10 – Mollie
5/10 – Kate, Roy Mars III
4/10 – Firewire, Samuel
3/10 – Black Dagger, Jamie
2/10 – Callum, Stu

Episode 4: Doogle's Execution
The group were divided into three groups led by Black Dagger, Callum and Karl after these three posted at 1:11am.
Their mission was to post as much as possible collectively in their assigned groups, but with the added hurdle of not being able to post again until somebody else from their team posted. The mission ended up being a close contest between Black Dagger’s team and Karl’s team, with Karl’s team snatching victory with just one post. Karl then had to decide which two from his team should gain an exemption. He chose himself and Samuel, leaving Jamie and Stu to face execution with the others.
Samuel had a surprise surge in his score this episode, whilst at the bottom of the scores there was a four way tie. Doogle was the slowest to submit his quiz score, and therefore became The Moles fourth victim.
The Scores:
8/10 – Samuel
7/10 – Mollie
6/10 – Karl, Kate
4/10 – Black Dagger, Roy Mars III
3/10 – Jamie
2/10 – Callum, Doogle, Firewire, Stu

Episode 5: Jamie's Execution
This time we saw the group have to pick their most trusted and least trusted; with Roy Mars III and Samuel being chosen respectively. Roy Mars III became the captain of the group and had to get the group free from the game of ‘Piggy In The Middle’ by making sure they all had ten catches of the ball.
Little did they know that Samuel as the ‘Piggy’ was trying to earn them points by stopping them from getting to freedom and despite his pleas and predictions the group continued on in the game at an exceeding rate, with Black Dagger being the first released after just one hour.
As the last minute of Friday the 13th came up, an offer was given to the group to take an exemption at the cost to them all. Mollie slyly sent in her request for it, actually benefitting the group, which meant that everyone had to return to the game and their scores were all reset but this time they had to throw twenty times each and now only Roy Mars III could catch their throws. After a valiant effort from both Roy Mars III and Samuel, eventually Samuel lost as Jamie was the last player set free.
The group were told of their crushing loss at the points they just lost, were informed of Mollies betrayal and to make matters worse, Chuck (as the 5th one to have been released) was offered the ball back and told to either return it to me for 5,000 points or pop it for an exemption. He chose to pop the ball. This led to an influx of suspicion towards Chuck as being The Mole.
While Karl and Mollie reigned at the top of the scores, Black Dagger had his second lucky escape, he sent his quiz in half an hour before Jamie submitted his, meaning that Jamie was the fifth victim of the game.
The Scores:
7/10 – Karl, Mollie
6/10 – Kate
5/10 – Roy Mars III
4/10 – Callum, Firewire, Samuel
3/10 – Stu
2/10 – Jamie, Black Dagger

Episode 6: Stu's Execution
This episode we saw the players go back in time and have to search through past seasons of The Mole to find answers to fifty questions. They decided to split their searches and look for five of the answers each.
Kate made the first mistake and provided the group with several wrong answers to the questions despite the information being readily available.
The group also had to contend with a battle for the exemption, with the fifth player to send in complete correct answers winning the exemption. Only three of the group managed to send in five correct answers, including Chuck, and Firewire sent in nothing, so not one of them gained the exemption.
This episode saw more players split their votes. Despite the majority suspecting Chuck, a few players were starting to suspect Mollie and Callum again so answered questions accordingly. Kate had managed to score the highest this episode, sticking with her initial suspect and also managed to be take out Stu from the game by causing him enough reason to suspect her entirely and place all of his answers on her. Oddly, Karl decided to answer most of his questions on Stu.
The Scores:
6/10 – Kate
4/10 – Roy Mars III, Samuel
3/10 – Black Dagger, Firewire, Mollie
2/10 – Karl
1/10 – Callum
0/10 - Stu

Episode 7: Black Dagger's Execution
This episode saw the players take on the role of pirates and go searching for The Great Captain Corkie’s Treasure. The group were split into three teams; The Crew of Despardo led by Captain Chuckles (Chuck), The Gang of Eightsland led by Maiden Mollie and the Rebels of Gibbet led by Captain Karlson (Karl).
During the anagrams task Kate appeared to drink far too much of the rum that she had discovered was her teams answers and got a little tipsy, which lifted the atmosphere of the group.
Kate also managed to cost the group points by searching the wrong square, but more than made up for it when her, Roy and Chuck uncovered the treasure on their very last guess. Kate then cost the team points again by cheating and sending the answers to another team to try and help them.
Firewire, Karl and Samuel were also penalised one point each in their quiz score due to them choosing to search Death Island.
Mollie, after several episodes suspecting the actual Mole, switched her suspicions to Callum, whilst Karl went back to suspecting Chuck after the execution of Stu.
If it hadn’t have been for Karl choosing Callum for the exemption after being forced to give it away, then Callum would have been executed. However, Black Daggers lucky streak finally ran out as he sent in his quiz only six minutes after Firewire, costing him his place in the game.
The Scores:
7/10 – Roy Mars III
6/10 – Karl
5/10 – Kate, Samuel
3/10 – Mollie
2/10 – Black Dagger, Firewire
1/10 - Callum

Episode 8: Firewire's Execution
The object of this mission was to keep a candle burning for 24 hours by replacing it every thirty minutes. Surprisingly the group managed to maintain this task and excelled at keeping it alight for 24 hours.
During the course of this mission the group were also split into pairs and had to decide, between the pairs, if they would take an exemption. If more than two teams went for the exemption, they would lose 10,000 points from the pot. Both Karl and Chuck went for the exemption, however, Samuel had previously won a retraction from the yes/no mini mission and retracted Karl’s exemption, meaning only Chuck was safe from this execution.
After eight episodes of suspecting Karl, Firewire eventually scored less than everyone and was executed, although it was very close between him and Callum (for a second episode in a row).
Both finalists managed to rocket back up the score board with Samuel being the first to get nearly all of the answers correct.
The Scores:

Episode 9: Callum's Execution
Location, Location, Location was the name of this episode and the group had to work out the countries that appeared in the video. The flags were the easiest for the group to get, while the country shapes proved a little harder.
Surprisingly, the group got some of the more difficult ones first, overlooking USA, England, Wales and Scotland as I had turned them around. Eventually the group twigged onto this and managed to gain some good points despite Chuck not submitting any answers, and Mollie sending in two minutes after the deadline.
The scores here were interesting as the top score was a five way tie, so poor Callum stood no chance of survival. However, had this been a double execution, Mollie (despite being the only other player not to have guessed Chuck) would have survived over Kate, who suspected Chuck. I knew that the final was going to be a close call between all players, hence the need for all to be on at the same time for the quiz.
The Scores:
5/10 – Karl, Kate, Mollie, Roy Mars III, Samuel
2/10 – Callum
Who suspected who:
Chuck – Karl, Kate, Roy Mars III, Samuel
Callum – Mollie
Samuel – Callum

D: Those quiz scores are crazy. What are the chances.
Splitting answers certainly helps.
Samuel.
02-02-2012, 08:36 PM
Ah right, I'm making sense of it now.
Basically, for posting the most candles in the previous episode, I won the ability to look at a previous quiz score, so I chose the one I did last, which involved a point deduction. But I didn't know if the score Ben told me I received included that point deduction or not. If it did, Chuck was the mole, if it didn't, Mollie was the mole. So I had to split the answers between the two until eventually one went.

Episode 10: Mollie's Execution
The group had to stay in a room of their choice at the Funhouse. Each room held a different challenge and Chuck, who had chosen The Master Bedroom, secretly allocated points to each room and how successful the players would be. Karl, chose The Attic and had to gain a top three placing in Yahtzee, Spin Sprint or Helicopter. Mollie had to decipher the ten books that were with her in The Library. Kate had to find the ball in The Ballroom. Samuel had to swipe his card during one of the few times that the lock was deactivated in The Clock Tower and Roy Mars III had to find the door out of The Dungeon.
Karl became the first player to escape his room, scoring a third place position in Spin Sprint. Later on in the evening Samuel managed to swipe his card at the right time and was also freed.
Roy Mars III struggled to find his door out of the room, and Mollie dedicated her night to trying to solve the books and managing to get seven correct. Neither escaped their rooms, which left Kate to escape hers, which she did the following afternoon.
Chuck had placed points on all but Samuel, so despite Samuels efforts, it amounted to nothing.
The exemption battle was between the freed players; Karl, Kate and Samuel. They had to shoot at the time they thought the exemption was on offer. Samuel was the closest, just two minutes out, but did not win it.
Mollie, being the only player left not suspecting Chuck, became the games tenth victim, while the other players took a tumble due to some nasty questions.
The Scores:
6/10 – Kate
5/10 – Roy Mars III, Samuel
4/10 – Karl
3/10 – Mollie
Who suspected who:
Chuck – Karl, Kate, Roy Mars III, Samuel
Samuel - Mollie
I wonder what would've happened if I answered Chuck for the "Who is the Mole" question :suspect:

Frustrating episode, having both no points being placed on me by Chuck, and just missing out on the exemption :bored:

My luck ran out here :( I knew I should have suspected Chuck but I thought he was a too obvious mole.
Same for me, I wanted to put it all out on Chuck but I had a feeling that would've been a bad move and that the Mole would've been a bit less obvious than him, but that's what cost me the game :(

Episode 11: Karl's and Kate's Executions
The last group mission involved the five remaining players posting everytime the time had a five in it. They started with 5,000 points and for every time they missed a time, 500 points was deducted. To make it worse, once they prize had gone the points would start being deducted from the pot total.
They made a great start, lasting right up until the morning around 7:25am. However a gap between until Kate came online cost them all the points and a hit from the pot total.
Roy Mars III and Samuel had claimed the most times, and Roy Mars III being the highest claimer had a choice;he could take some info about The Mole or add enough points to the pot to achieve the total. He chose the points, which was a wise move as they were the last points on offer for the season.
Unbeknown to the group, even though they suspected, it was a double execution. But not as they thought it would be. Karl was the first to fall after many of his answers did not correlate to Chuck. This was followed by the rest of the videos appearing green, making the group believe that they actually were all safe...
...until I announced a second quiz that was to be taken right then and would decide who would not be making the final. Kate was the player to fall at this last hurdle leaving our three finalists...
The Scores (quiz 1):
9/10 – Roy Mars III
8/10 – Kate, Samuel
4/10 – Karl
The Scores (quiz 2):
9/10 – Samuel
7/10 – Roy Mars III
6/10 - Kate

Chuck, you have fallen. You were a great Mole though. I liked the fact that you actually did stuff and made some really blatant moves that may have made some suspicious, but made the other half overlook you entirely. It is not an easy role to play in the game, that much I understand, and for the fact you were thrown into that role I commend you even further. As my Mole you of course will be awarded this to thank you for all your efforts. http://www.thisisbigbrother.com/forums/images/medals/themole.gif

In the final in order for The Mole to stand a chance of winning, the other 2 players have to get less than 16/20 on the quiz. By the looks of it both Roy and Samuel got more than 16/20.

Samuel! Congratulations! You are the winner of The Mole 5! You played an absolutely fantastic game. You were sly, sneaky, selfish, devious, clever and played a good solo and team game. You scored 19/20 in your final quiz, enough to secure you the win! Your award will be with you shortly!
Roy Mars III, I'm afraid you have become The Moles final victim. But you also played an incredible game. You were hard-working, a massive team player and contributor to a lot of the tasks and the point earned. An absolute worthy runner-up, you scored 16/10 on your final quiz.
To both of you, Chuck as The Mole, and the players, thank you all for participating in this season. As you know, I'm off travelling soon, so this was my last season hosting this game. The offers are open if a new host wants to take over, although Marc may want the rights.
To everyone from all 3 seasons I have hosted, you have all been great to watch and follow throughout the games, it's been really fun, as well as hard work, but absolutely worth it.
