About 2 weeks ago, I posted information about applying for 'The Big Quiz' and tonight it officially starts!
The contestants are lined up, all four of them, and tomorrow at 6PM they will all receive their quizzes and they have until Friday to send them back!

Each contestant will be given a number out of 27, it will be their score out of 27. (E.g. 23 Correct: Number 23)

I thought I would let you know about a twist within the game.

I opened a poll yesterday (http://www.thisisbigbrother.com/forums/showthread.php?t=196447), that you can vote on who you think will be the winner.
There are TWO purposes to that.
1. Vote who you think is the winner
2. Who gets the most votes, and if they DO win the game, then they have two options!

The options are as followed:
1. Keep the award to themselves
2. Give it to another contestant

Remember it only happens if that person wins and has the most votes on the poll!

The purpose of this will be posted when we find the results out tomorrow.

it was a pm replying to a question Pyra, that Jamie set the two of us, I have tio say that to be fair to him. Nonetheless, it was a lengthy quiz that we had to do in the first place to win the award, and as I have said ad nauseum, lol, I spent hours on it, cos I wanted to win. It probably came down to a matter of seconds between the two of us replying by pm.

So I don't care if I come across as a sore loser....I am one! and rightly so imo.

Come on guys, as the one running this, Jamie has put the most effort into this and this is all very unfair on him.
Kate, I understand you have put a lot of effort into this and your frustration...it's always unfortunate when something comes down to a tiebreaker...but it happens, its life and you know that, I'm sure.
Jamie has tried his best to make this fair, the result doesn't perhaps reflect the time involved for each contestant....but that's quite often the way it is with this type of thing.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not disputing the quiz outcome, my grievance is how it was decided. Salman deserves the award for his efforts in the quiz, but I would much rather have been beaten by one point in that than lose the way I did, in a speed round, which by the way was never mentioned originally, cos had I known that I wouldn't have entered in the first place, as I can never respond to pms quickly, even on a pc, as I use the library ones and they are so slow.

No-one said they hate you Jamie :conf: but your attitude is hardly going to win friends and influence people now is it? I am entitled to be aggrieved when I slogged over that quiz, so don't try to shut me down with sarcasm about clicking out of the thread. I doubt anyone will sign up for another, which is a shame as your questions were good, and varied for the original quiz. Just the decider was pants. :shrug:

I have any right to reply to any thread. I happen to enjoy reading the comps, seeing the questions seeing how folk get on, etc.

I am perfectly entitled to put up feedback and my feedback to you Salman, is that Jamie may possibly learn that going around calling the people who takes part in his competitions, 'sore losers', is not the way forward. It's insulting and well as completely ignorant. As someone who is a member of this forum, and who enjoys the competitions from a non participating point of view: Im perfectly entitled to put up my comment, I don't need an invite to a public thread.
