I know - i thought, 'I'm getting bigger', so i cut down on food.

Just ate breakfast lunch and dinner - NO snacks. Was sooo hard and i weighed myself everyday and got a bit obsessive! x

I’m a lot more confident with myself although still tricky to transfer it across everything (e.g. public speaking!!!). I find I get much more of a look-in with people and opportunities too which is kind of sad in a way. I just need to focus on toning up now which is what I wanted to do from Jan but cardio and dieting was an easier option… :laugh:

I also agree that I’m now very self-aware with my body and appearance which can sometimes hold me back (e.g. guilt/paranoia about what I eat/gaining weight/the need to further improve).

All in all though life has got pretty goooood.

I think over the last year I've gained confidence. I use to be really shy in school. Had all the same friends from year 3 to year 11. So this last year has been strange because I've had to meet new people. At first I was scared but actually meeting new people has made me talk more
