I won the local calendar competition 3 times in a row in primary school.
Basically every school in the close area (about 10) would ask the kids to draw a picture on a theme that would go into the local factory's annual calendar (themes like no smoking, save animal habitats that kind of stuff). The best 12 would go in the calendar then the best 3 of the 12 would win prizes.
I came 1st 3 times in a row! Got to meet diff people, one was Ian Rush can't remember the others, had a £50 voucher for Toys r Us and a few other things, was cool.
Nothing much other than that though, £10 on lottery? :P

Nothing too special, we've never been that into the Valentine hype. 'I must buy card and flowers because it's Valentine's day' (Not that I'm mocking anyone who would do this.)
I much prefer buying cards and little gifts (usually some small teddy) randomly through the year. I tend to slip the 'I Love You' card into her car that she usually finds during her normal working day.

No.
Last Easter I thought I won a massive Easter Egg, Money and a gift voucher - all in a basket at school.
But they called out 'Patrick McCarney' and it sounded so similar to my whole name and I got up all happy - thinking my life was about to change, and everyone was just like 'Bitch, sit down.'
