I have an amazingly healthy diet at school. When I come home for holidays though it goes out the window because I know I can easily lose any weight I want to.
It is still healthy but I allow myself to have some unhealthy foods on holiday times.

I don't eat a lot of carbs, no bread, starchy veggies or sugar... I eat lots of green veg and some fruit. Although I have to admit having a little splurge now and again though. You have to, don't you.

I go through phases really, will eat healthy for about 2 weeks at a time then just stop. All the 'bad' stuff tastes too nice.

Wouldn't say it's healthy, I'm actually not a fan of most vegetables (despite people saying it's all we vegetarians eat :idc:), and I rarely eat any fruit either

At the moment I'm living off Ricicles, cheese sandwiches and pasta & white sauce, with an occasional pizza every now and then

Healthy enough. I usually eat quite a bit of fruit and veg, drink green tea and whatever else. Everyone needs junk once in a while though.

Mostly, yeah, but I eat a fair bit of junk food. It depends on my mood, really. If I'm feeling down, it's usually junk food. If I'm on my own, junk food. I honestly don't have the energy for cooking, except for special ocassions or when I'm really up for it. I'm still slim and healthy, though, so I don't see anything wrong with junk food every so often. Guess it affects people in different ways, though.

Yes, I'm similar, although I do eat vegetables and huge amounts of fruit...I'm a lazy non meat eater (I'm not really a vegetarian, I just don't eat meat)....some days, like today, my entire diet has been toast and marmalade...yesterday it was cereal...not very good, I know, but I hate spending hours cooking two different meals

I eat crap food, but not all the time. I'm pretty good at getting my five a day

MTVN
14-02-2012, 11:17 PM
No, it just consists of ready meals and instant noodles, with the odd takeaway. Some days I won't eat that much and others I have loads of crisps and stuff as well, suppose the one good thing is I make sure I always have 2 "meals" a day

I've got a pretty healthy diet. Although I think I eat too much chocolate and drink too much coffee, and maybe my salt intake is over what it should be. But other than that I'm fit, I eat veg & fruit daily. And I only have fast food about once a month, if even that.

I wouldn't say my diet is too bad. I do love chocolate, always have but I've cut down on it a lot recently and never been a big fan of other junk food other than chocolate. I do like fast food but I've cut down on that a lot too recently and I don't really miss it.

I try to eat at least two portions of fruit each day and I usually abide with that. I hate all fizzy drinks so stick to fruit juices, water and milk. I don't add salt to my meals either expect where it can't be helped like when you go to McDonalds the fries are always very salty.

No. Sometimes when I have time and can feel bothered I do eat fruit or actively eat healthily, I love drinking water too but most of the time I just eat anything. I love chocolate, crisps, bread etc but my weight never really changes so I never have any urgencies to change it.

Although, I'm guessing after a few years the bad diet will take its toll. Ah, I'm too tired to worry about it.

Yes. I eat 5 a day. Porridge in the morning. Home made lunch and home made dinner. I have a pizza about once a month.

I have to think of my diet. My sister and brother both have high blood pressure and they are younger than me.

I eat mostly healthy but chocolate is my downfall and biscuits too!

I have been nibbling at currents today and they have a lot of sugar in.

Ahh well. I would like to lose a bit of weight but when I eat junk food I am like.. "who cares" it's not really urgent for me to lose another half a stone..
