How do you change your Tumblr Background?

I've seen loads of people with images as their backgrounds, and I'm a little dullard with a black background. :bored:

i dont know if you can change the background on your theme the only one i know you can change the background on for sure is redux

if you go onto your blog then customize > themes its the first one

Some themes allow you to change your background image..
