When someone who was a bit of a dick to you at school gets back in touch and you both talk frankly, and you realise how much they actually were going through at the time. It's really enlightening, who said that there is no point in Facebook, without it, I'd have remember that person for who they was, not who they became.

You're wise beyond your years.
I have no wish ever to see anyone I was at school with, and everyone on my friends list are people I know in real life.
I'm not on facebook, but I haven't really stayed in touch with any schoolfriends because I've moved around a lot...I haven't really felt that I would have liked to either...I don't think I had any strong friendships at school..they've come later

The one person I stayed in touch with is my best friend from primary school who moved to Australia when we were 13. He's in the police in Perth now, and we still email regularly and send birthday cards and stuff. Everyone else can do one, frankly.

..I was always part of a large group at school, so I wasn't 'friendless' but I never really joined in much and I'm not a a huge talker so I kind of just..well, I was just there I guess. I think I was relieved when I finally left school and I could just be on my own and not be part of a group. They were a decent bunch of girls though...I can't remember any d*cks....oh except there was this one girl who once spat at me...but she wasn't in our group...she was a d*ck

Can't say I have. The people who get in touch with me who used to be at my school, I barely remember, so I wouldn't remember if they'd been a dick to me or not. Once i left school they all became irrelevant apart from the group of friends I hung round with, who I have kept in contact with anyway.

When I joined FB last summer as I was missing everybody from school I did have a fair few imbox me with stories saying how they bullied me and trying to show that they were sorry for their actions. Not that I believe them of course buy hey.

Although recently other then a couple of genunie "how are you?" conversations most of the time I get requests to listen to indie music, most of the time about Ed Sheeran. I sometimes get the odd "coming out the closet" inbox.

Not really because I wasn't bullied or anything at all but there were the few "dicks" who I've grown to be friendly with who I never even looked twice at in school.

That's more what this is like, there are some people from high school who I'd rather see die in a fire than let contact me, but this guy was from my class, and was genuinely alright sometimes.

Chewy, people grow up? give the guy a break...:) everyone at school is acting, its like being on BB to fit in, to be funny, when you leave those pretences are dropped and you see the real people. I tis worth giving some a second chance :)

I don't know who decided to accredit that to her, she wasn't even one of the first dozen people to find out lmao.
