Is Anyone Else Obsessed With The Color Of Your Urine?

Every time I piss, I make a decision about the color of my urinre. I make a decision whether or not it is transparent enough. I'm constantly trying to get to clear, and if it's too yellow i feel filthy and have to start chugging water,.

Does anyone else do this?

I remember in health class we learned that your urine should be clear if you are drinking enuf water. I've been obsessed with it ever since.

I'm not into piss play in sex or anything though.

Nope. I tend to pee, wipe, wash and get on with whatever I was doing.

However..... First morning pee should always be darker.

If you are continually having darker (less transparent) urine: it means you are dehydrated and should be drinking more fluids. Nothing to do with being filthy (or feeling filthy) - all to do with hydration levels.

But, uh, this reminds me of the woman who drinks her own urine for "nutrients" when seriously if it had any nutrients your body wouldn't reject it.

Everything we eat affects the way we smell..you dont have to be a biologist to work that one out. Too much water is prob worse than not enough as you are flushing the nutrients from whatever you are eating before they have absorbed. That jester thing is really starting to feck me off! :)

This is probably going to make me sound even more weird, but it's gotten to the point that i don't even pee into the toilet anymore, i actually have a clear plastic bottle that i pee into, because i can't accurately judge the color if i piss directly into the toilet, because the shadows from the rims of the toilet and the water in the bowl will dilute it, and not give me an accurate assessment, so i piss into a plastic bottle and then hold it up towards the light so i can get a true representation of the color, and then i pour it into the toilet bowl.

I don't know why this is the one thing that i'm obsessive about, i'm not OCD about anything else.

i thought maybe other people did this too, but i guess not.

No offence lostalex, but if you have time to piss about (boom boom) doing all this for the sake of a quick slash.... you have WAY too much time on your hands.

I strongly suggest you get a hobby / interest / job that prevents you from being able to carry around a bottle to pee into to scrutinise - it's not the regular thing to be doing !! How often do you see people going into the toilet carrying a piss bottle......... I'm not even sure you are being serious. ;)
