I used to eat them, but i realised they were doing nothing for me in terms of energy and just made me feel really crap and sluggish, so i stopped eating them

I've only had the burgers (done in the microwave) and they're pretty vile. The bread goes chewy and the burger taste of **** and grease. I'll still eat them though if I can't be bothered making anything else.
