I've always had sky and never had any problems, but my friend had Virgin and I could not believe what he was paying, it was triple what I pay

I would NEVER deal with Virgin again,their service is crap and their customer services are about the worst i have ever encountered,they pass you from pillar to post,they get simple things wrong,I'm sure Richard Branson would be horrified to see exactly how his TV empire is so called running!Sky,imo if far superior

Yes Virgin are in a bad way

But a Brand New Box is Out
you would think that at least would update.
But sadly the Virgin Tivo HD Box - no time updates
