Didn't go for it this year (couldn't take the ego boost of doing worse than last time!) but based on last series, the callbacks will be starting sometime soon and will be done by the 16th (as you need to be over 18 starting the following week).

I made it through to the Diary Room and am waiting (hopefully) for that call, Big Brother told me that it could be the next day, 2 weeks or even when the show is on air!

thats the standard answer,bigbrother will use you if they can,and when i say use you they will they will keep you hanging and then drop you!

yea this is the same old cloak and dagger bull sh*t,

they say auditions are open to every one but this is not the case,

I think I did as well as I could, though when you go over stuff you always think that you could have done better as I'd forgotten to mention some quite funny stuff that I'd gone through over the years, relevant to some questions that they asked, though the answers that I gave were funny too I hope.

It IS open to everyone thesheriff443 as I just uploaded a video about 2 days before the video auditions closed so didn't expect to be called as I'd left it so late, then they rung me up near to the audition day, which wasn't overly busy though I was there most of the day. Plus I'm not a model or gay or wannabe actress etc lol so maybe they are putting in a more mixed bunch this year - Lets hope as it does need more of a Quality Street mix of people than it had last year. And I know what you mean about be careful what you wish for, some days it's I wished they'd ring, others it's holy crap what have I done!

Another camera was going around too and filmed a bit of random stuff about me.

Just waiting now, if they call they call and if they don't they don't it was a fun day either way.

And Good Luck to you too bb12 I'm sure you have done better than you think you have, after all you did get to the Diary Room, so they must have thought you were great x

Did he do that during the form-filling-in bit or after you'd had your Diary Room? Probably a good sign if the latter.

Might just mean you'll just appear in the Auditions special a lot even if you don't get on the show - in the BB9 pre-show they only showed Luke at the auditions and none of the other actual HMs (except brief glimpses of one or two).

To be fair, if they were blunt with everyone they didn't want, you'd get a huge number of bitter auditionees spilling the beans about everyone else who got far.

big brother have a set agenda, when they say its open to everyone thats not true they have a set plan of the type of house mate they want in, they work on storie boards, for possible romance or fight scenes that could take place in the house to make the program a sucess,most housemates turn out to be shelf fillers! but still enjoy it it while it lasts, and good luck.

manwholaughs is right. they say that **** to everyone. if anyone wants any answers on the audition process or how it works, what they mean when they say certain things etc, ask myself or the manwholaughs as we are both fully experienced in the matter.
