I mean BB12s ratings were terrible, do you think it will survive BB13? The contract doesn't go on for much longer anyway.

If they go back to the days where they actually put interesting housemates in the house rather than generic types who go in purely because of their looks.
They need to change BB. I don't want a bunch of thickos going in like on TOWIE. If you want to watch thick people all day long then just watch that. Big Brother needs some credibility back. The young uns are still going to watch BB whatever happens but we need to bring back the older viewers who used to watch it and were intrigued by it. To do this we need a mixture of people from all ages, races, backgrounds, occupations, etc..

The BB13 cast will be much more diverse than 12, as has been said. I'd expect the ratings to mirror that.

I agree with this, it needs better personalities who are not just based on looks. Hopefully a few twisted characters in there too for a bit of spice.

You're late - they renewed the contract. So yes, yes it will.

What they say never reflects what they do

'Several' - They haven't said how many, but I'd imagine it's more than the 2 Year one they have now.

I guess the housemates 30 and under BB12 was just a one off experiment like BB8s all female launch. It's best for me to just expect a mostly generic bunch though to save any disappointment. It doesn't matter how interesting/uninteresting they are in auditions, it's in the house that counts.

It's a dying brand. It will not still be on TV in 5 years time.

We don't know that, all we know is that they were renegotiating it and that Channel 5 wanted 2 CBBs a year, if it was already renewed then there would be a press release, unless normal BB's been axed and they want to tell us just before BB13. They're already booking celebrities so CBB will survive BB13.

What makes me upset is the thoght that someone hideous who is very entertaining auditioned but was not even put through the first stage.
