gerrawash?... joking, dont squeeze! you will get scars, if you have tried most things go to the docs, drink loads and loads of water to flush your system of toxins too. If you are a teen its normal to have a few breakouts :)

I have had 2 spots in my whole life.
My sisters have proper spot ridden faces. I am the only one who doesn't regularly wash my face.
Proof face washing products actually cause spots.

Charli may have a point, i have never used soap on my face and never had spots. Once a week i use st ives blemish controll scrub to exfoliate and stimulate the skin.Through the week i just use baby lotion as a cleanser/moisturiser.
Don't wash too much!! It'll get rid of all the natural oils that you need. Unfortunately you'll just get spots and there's not too much that you can do. You can buy the generic clean and clear stuff etc. but don't use them too much, once a day things. Don't use warm water and soap. Just dries out your skin and makes it worse cos then you have dry sore skin and spots :bawling:

When Davina was once asked why her face is so fresh and young, she said she always does that :suspect:
sacrifice your firstborn
This is what I did.
I actually got referred to the Dermatology wing of my local hospital by my GP because I had just had enough (I was about 19, had them for about 5 years at that point, confidence took a massive dip). They gave me these pills which you take for 6 months (and then for another 3 months), it dries out your skin and has potential problems for your liver, and your skin becomes very suseptible to the sun, you have to stay out of it. But basically they help to stop the sebum from forming underneath your skin and therefore the spots that follow.
When Davina was once asked why her face is so fresh and young, she said she always does that :suspect:
Davina is a robot.

My bro had teenage acne he used to put his head over a bowl of hot water with a towel draped over, this opened the pores and steamed the nasties out. Afterwards splash your face with very cold water to close the pores.
Opening your pours can be bad though, you could then touch your face and get dirt in those open pours. Be careful!!

Not if you don't empty the tube on your face... nothing wrong with a minty pillowcase anyway.

Haha my mum used to say chocolate gave you spots, and eating greasy foods will make your skin greasy so there is a point in the diet theory. Witch hazel is an astringent and is good for greasy t zones, wipe it on with cotton wool after cleansing.

The actual fact of the matter remains that no food has been proven conclusively, by itself, to cause acne. The causes of acne, like acne itself, refuse such a simple pigeonhole. Chocolate and acne , despite the stigma of myth and fear, do not go hand in hand, at least not chocolate by itself.

Dark Chocolate can be very good for you, it reduces the chances of cancer and contains important minerals to remove spots.
