Hi Vicky, and all.

No issue with your jist of your point. However, maybe an add-on would be, that we are told which mods are giving the infractions.

I've previously had an infraction, that I had no problems with whatsoever, however, there was another issue about things being removed from my profile at the same time that I was not happy about.

There was nowhere else for me to draw attention to this and get my issue resolved. Fortunately, the mod in question was kind enough to PM me and we had a chat about it there.

I don't think carpet banning FM's right to engage in conversation or seek clarification, should be frowned upon.

I know my suggestion is not perfect, and it may lead to some personal abuse being waged at mods through PM's, but there is definitely a grey area there, that should be accounted for.

You do not need to know which mods gave you the infraction. We are a team, so we can all see each others actions and if we are being too harsh or bias.

I'll happily let members know if I gave them a warning etc. as you already know, but many times, a member knowing who gave them the punishment just leads to them targeting a certain mod, which we have seen happen many times in the past.

If people break rules they don't always get the luxury of such things as knowing who infracted them. They should be turning their attention onto not rule breaking.

In regards to you having nowhere to question things, the appeals section is there for just that. Querying and appealing. Obviously a warning does not warrant an appeal, nor does it warrant an appeal if you can clearly see you broke a rule. It is there for serious appeals/queries though, in which we will try and resolve the matter. Some of you may think we don't ever review the bans issued or infractions given, but there have been several times when infractions have been reversed and bans reduced when the collective team looks at them.
