Just a quickie to let you know Helen is on every morning this week.

She is on a de-tox programme with the 'diet doctor'.

Now, although Helen said Paul would not be following the diet with her, she HAS got to do a video diary.

Is it too much to ask that we see her making entries at home, eating fresh fruit next to Paul eating his fry up at the breakfast table? Or snuggling up in bed with her umpteenth glass of water next to Paul drinking his bedtime cocoa?

I think that's a reasonable request and will be watching and hoping

Mind you, she will be up all night wee-ing and apparently withdrawal of caffiene (of which she confessed to be an addict) will give her a headache.......'Not tonight Paul':nono:

I know, she'll probably just go for a facial and a sauna, but there's no harm in hoping!:laugh::laugh:

You know ROB, why don't you phone into the studio to pass on those idea? I'm sure they'll be grateful. While you're at it you could suggest Helen does her facial at home in the bathroom with of course Paul filming. With a bit of luck the mirror will be in front of the sink and will capture some bathroom banter just like in the olden days.

As for that extra weeing. You never know - Helen might have to burst in on Paul while he's in the shower, or at least mid-shave which I'm assuming he does topless. I think it's important that any video diary captures the full essence of this inconvenient side effect of detox!

Feefs, you know I can only say these things out loud on here!

If I rang the studio with these requests, they'd trace the call and send round the men in white coats to carry me off!

I hope you'll keep us updated on what happens during the week, R.O.B. Unfortunately I'll be at work, and my track record for remembering to set the video to tape 'Lorraine' is abysmal!

The video diary sounds a great idea, and we can but hope that some of this is filmed at home, with Paul in close proximity! :joker:

I really must remember to tape this this week. I'm usually hopeless at remembering to do this too Feefs, but I'm gonna try extra hard this week. I might be in on Wednesday, but that's the only day.

ROB - I agree completely, I video diary wouldn't be a true picture unless it was shot at home and included various mealtimes with whoever else happened to be around

And ROB, if you're too  to ring, you could always email. :spin2:
