Used to be a fan of croquettes and wedges as well but I went off them. Never have liked mashed. And chips are only nice when you don't get an undercooked batch that taste of raw potato :bored:

How roast potatoes aren't winning this easily, I'll never know.

My grandma used to make roast chips, which are basically pots, cut into chip shapes, then roasted in goose fat. They were sent from the gods. I've never tasted anything with potatoes that tasted so good.

I do love a hash brown with a hangover fry up though.

Mash is my favourite. I HATE jacket potatoes though, my mum always insists on having them every now and then and always forgets how much I hate them but because I'm not a brat I'll eat them and it'll always be just as bad as the last time, I always get the potato that has hard uncooked bits :(

I like all of them though my favourites are Chips, Mash, Croquette and Roast. Potatoes are good carbs because they are natural and not processed like bread is :amazed:
