Another great gritty episode tonight. The two lead female characters gel brilliantly and the cast as a whole are great. Well written, pacey and pulls no punches. Love it.

I watched this for first time properly tonight and I loved it.

I like the banter the character's have with each other in between the investigation. It made it seem more realistic that they were effing and jeffing, and calling the suspects thick as pig **** etc. The boss woman (forget her name) was very funny.

The first series is currently showing on ITV3 as well 08marsh, you'd like that too. Yes, its good how they don't sugarcoat anything and the banter is good. Can imagine it to be a pretty accurate representation of real life police work.

Amelia Bullmore who plays the boss is a very talented actress, I've liked her since she played Steph Barnes in Corrie.

Another good episode, the acting is superb.

The flowers Rachel keeps getting are from her creepy lawyer ex I reckon. For anyone who didn't see the first series Rachel (Suranne Jones) was involved with a married man who tried to kill her after the affair was over. He got off with it due to lack of evidence.
