This might flop but I'm convinced I can't be the only one.. do you ever have thoughts, usually in the form of questions, that play on your mind or trouble you in some way but you never say them out loud because they're so dumb or pointless? Like wanting to know something but knowing that it's so obvious that you'll sound stupid for asking, but you still don't know the answer?

Well anyway, my reason for starting this thread:

How come, when Cheryl Tweedy got done for assaulting a nightclub attendant, Nicola Roberts and the club they were in, didn't get done for being underage/letting an underager in? She was 16 or 17 at the time, a well known fact due to them coming from a reality TV show that focuses on age, looks etc. How did she get away with that, considering it was headline news and still gets talked about to this day? I remember asking someone about this before. I may be wrong but I think it's because the broken leg can take weeks to heal and the horse cannot stand up without making it worse. However, if a horse doesn't stand up for a long period of time, it gets distressed so it's far more humane to kill it to stop it suffering.

I don't think horses legs heal the same as ours..and it depends on the severity of the break..because of the jumps and the speed they are going I would imagine the breaks must be pretty bad

Something about them never being able to recover from them/it hurts them alot and it's very hard to treat a horse because of the size/you can't keep them still, better to put them out of their misery straight away
