Dennis O'Connor, one of the producers of BB11, think he worked on BB10 as well:

He was never the creative director, just the task producer, the creative directors used to be PEJ and Sharon Powers. Gavin Henderson did BB12.

BB10 was good though and I think he was the live producer for it (though the live shows in BB10 were the ones with the panel interviews but I think that was Shirley Jones idea).

BB11 was OK, but for that awful Save & Replace and the quad eviction to finish it all off so UBB could start. Having all those 80 wannabes lined up on the stage at the launch was a naff idea too.
But were those PEJ's ideas or his producers' (including Mr O'Connor)?
Get someone who will not have a group of 18-30 Wine Me Dine Me 69 me wannabes.

BB10 was pretty horrible from a production POV - the launch night was dreadful, the tasks were usually just 'dress up as a foreigner' and its idea of keeping things fresh was bringing it other housemates' boyfriends.
BB11 was at least fairly well done, except for the horrendous choice of replacement housemates - it wasn't the producers fault the eviction order was so terrible.
