View Full Version : Are you organised?

Well?
I find that I'm ridiculously organised. In school for example, if my work isn't filed away and just lying around, it'll really annoy me. I'm really fussy in the way I write stuff out too: I have to underline titles and colour code things LOL. I just spent three hours organising my school folders today. D;
Poll coming up~

I am so organised. In Economics if I by mistake don't have the right colour coded pen for a part I will have to write all the notes up again in the correct way after the lesson.
In my room everything has a place and everything must be in it's place.

Organised if I care enough about whatever it is that needs organising. My laziness takes over if I don't, though.

Oh I know what you mean about the pen thing. I get so pissed off if I start writing in the wrong colour.
I am actually so lucky I can do notes on my laptop in school. I can organise them ruthlessly on there.
I'd be seriously lying if I said yes.

Extremely unorganised, it's one of my worst traits.
I can never do work on time, or even be bothered to do work, if and when I write notes, I have to find random bits of paper to do it on if I haven't got any, which I then put in my bag, never look at again and they end up all screwed up. Any attempt at making folders always ends up in my giving up, i.e. I organise everything and then afterwards I just can't be bothered putting work into relevant folders. I'm also not good with timekeeping, I'm usually late and always put things off until the very last minute.
I try changing but ironically, I get too lazy and give up.

At work I'm organised, I have to be. I often have to find stuff very quickly so its in my own interest to have everything organised and in its place. At home, well... I'm a bit untidy.

We are allowed to use laptops and stuff but I hate typed notes and have a specific way of doing everything by hand and then stapling it.
My colour code:
Specific Term - definition/explaination
Titles in black underlined in red.
Examples in light blue
Purple for explainations of examples
normal writing/introductions in green
Note Bene's in pink
orange for connecting lines

Mine is that blue is general colour I write in. Red is for terms that I need to know or are important, I underline evrything in pencil only, green is for words or passages that aren't essential, but are good to know
I have a special style when I do essays where I always write the essay question in big red block capitals so I can't miss it. :3

I'm organised.
My School work must be in the way i like it, and my school work folders must be in a certain order. I spent ages sorting them out. My bedroom, i have places for everything. My shoes must be on my bottom shelf in order.
My DVD's must be in order, my Big Brother DVD's for example are in order from Big Brother Uncut 2000 until Big Brother: Best Bits 2010. And then i have a certain order for my dvd's. My Doctor Who DVD's must be in chronological order too. So yes i'd say i am.
Even my Laptop files must be in the correct file with a correct file name. Or i'll delete them.

My room and stuff is organised and tidy but when it comes to uni work I'm not at all. Never really take notes, leave stuff until last minute and just generally coast by. I do want to change it but I'm too lazy.
I do need to sort myself out though. I realised that the other day.

I'm really organised at work, I have to be it's part of my job. At home I go through phases where everything has to be super neat and tidy and then sometimes I'll let it slide a little, but then a week later I'll go back to being a neatnazi. Socially though I'm really disorganised I'm always forgetting what time I have to meet people/ where we are meeting/ who I am meeting with..

Depends on the situation, i'm organised in the way I keep my belongings etc but awful when it comes to outings or places I need to be.

Generally very organised, I like to be able to keep track of everything. I do have my lazy days though, every now and again.
