Absolutely delicious. Often have these for lunch on a bed of lettuce with seafood sauce, some black pepper and lemon wedges and brown bread and butter. Yummy.

Love 'em. I hate any kind of fish... but I love crab stick. And yes, I know... there's no fish in them. Also useful for giving my cat his pill.
