Did anybody watch this on the Crime Investigation Channel last night?

How 12 agencies couldn't spot what her Aunt and her Aunt's boyfriend was doing to her is disgusting,also how can a Doctor not tell the difference between a cigarette burn and a rash is beyond me.

Another thing is,is why would the Aunt want to do that to her own Niece? especially when your Sister is trusting you to look after her aswell.

Just to add that cases like this is when the death penalty should be brought back.
