What do you want to see in Bethesda's next epic? What location would you like?

A built up post-apocalyptic city like that would be great.

I don't know about a wishlist. Be less buggy? I loved Fallout 3, an updated version of that in a new setting would do me fine.

And not be anything like New Vegas.

1. Made with Skyrim's Engine.
2. A place in America that you wouldn't think to have a fallout setting like NV. Maybe Midwest? They really haven't explored this area yet

I'm with the rest of you, I want the game to be more like F3, New Vegas just seemed a bit too happy. I think New York would make an interesting setting

I know you guys might hate me for this but I liked NV more than 3 but both are good games

My biggest problem with New Vegas was how lacklustre I felt the world was, the locations and lack of anything interesting to explore. That's where Fallout 3 shined for me; I needed to see everything on the map. That, and doing a much better job at creating an atmosphere.

I'm keen for the idea to go overseas but I'm not sure if any non-American city would be able to capture the worldwide imagination.

I can't fault the controls or gameplay, but maybe some more alternative objectives (like the Snowglobes), and bring back the British Mr. Gutsy voice :(

Hmm well I'd wouldn't mind a bit more variation in the landscape, I know it's a post-apocalyptic wasteland and everything, and they did have Oasis, but still.. and I'd like a slightly better story too, some transport would be good as well

And it would be interesting to see them go beyond America although I doubt that's going to happen

idk how well this could work but maybe the player character is a ghoul so gets healed by radiation? :suspect:

Hmmm in Oblivion you could become a vampire...so it could work.

I agree, Fallout 3's DLC felt more complete to me too, expansions like Point Lookout and Broken Steel added to the game, New Vegas' expansions just made you too overpowered. The Brotherhood were also a bit too small in New Vegas for my liking

I want:
-The Skyrim Engine or better.
-Better character animations.
-Dynamic weather.
-Rich storyline with a plethora of side quests to do like New Vegas and FO3.

Setting-wise I'd like to see them turn to some where not depicted in the series before, or a reboot of a city already seen in Fallout? If they re-did the west cost, then I'd like to see a version of it that has progressed from Fallout 1 and 2.

That or I'd want a New York game or even something set in Europe. I know its all supposed to be set in America, but seeing a European setting, or having an opportunity to go to a different nation/region in a DLC would be fantastic.

I agree with it being Fallout 3. New Vegas was just boring at times. I think it was the size of the map. It took soooo long walking from place to place, and a lot of the quests were just boring fetch ones. They didn't require much thinking like some of the Fallout 3 ones did imo.

And if they could minimise all the bugs and crash issues then that'd be awesome too.
