1). I can speak Portuguese and sign language, not 100% fluent, but enough to get me by.

2). I can play the clarinet

3). I may work as a waiter to save for travelling (the tips are amazing), but I also work as a poet, writer and performer as my serious profession.

4). I have lived in four countries (England, Scotland, Portugal, Australia), soon to be five (New Zealand)

5). I would love to work within travel/nature documentaries.

6). I was once engaged.

7). I come from a well-off family, but have worked full-time since I was fifteen.

8). I'm a volunteer for a couple of nature/world organisations.

9). I once lived next door to Ronnie Corbett.

10). I have to sleep with a girl and also eat a jar of pickled eggs before I'm 30, it's on my list of 101 things to do before I'm 30 that I wrote with my friends one drunken night just after my 21st birthday.

Thought I'd share that with you. Feel free to share your own.

1) I have a false front tooth. I lost the real one on a night out... I can't remember how but I think I fell onto a giant flowerpot. Picture = here (https://fbcdn-photos-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/2487_81994418848_509198848_2169285_6589_a.jpg)

2) I'm a coke addict. I can't go a day without a glass of Coca Cola or Pepsi. No cheap stuff :nono:

3) I wear paperclip necklaces because I'm a scene kid xxx/ My niece made me one and I thought it was cool.

4) I'm afraid of rock-climbing. My friend group used to do it a lot since we live on the coast and it just frightens me. I'd sit behind and meet up with them later. They suck as people :bored:

5) Pallbearing is bloody heavy. Done it twice.

6) I've only been to one concert before (proper one anyway) at the London O2 - Scissor Sisters. Amadou & Miriam were supporting. They were lovely.

7) When I was about 11 I used to help my mum do work for Avon... she'd give me £40 every new order, and then I'd get tips for delivering them. Genuinely the most money I've earned in my life  (or it seemed at the time)

8) I'm an uncle to 6... 5 nephews and 1 niece. The 5 nephews are all my oldest brother's and the niece is my other older brother's

9) I cut out pages from magazines and stick them on the walls. My home bedroom is literally completely covered.

10) I'm a lesbian

Nothing much interesting.

1) I am a student of politics and law
2)I am over 10 years younger than the next Brother to me.
3)I am unashamedly a fan of Jedward.

4)I have full Scottish ancestry on my Father's side, full Irish ancestry on my Mother's but I was born in England.
5)I hate discrimination of any kind.
6)I am often too serious, partly due to being very ambitious.

7) I am a tidiness freak,(sharing a place with other students, that is a challenge).
8) I had a massive fear of Santa Claus.
9)I love travel, cannot do much at present though, have an Aunt in USA, Cousins in Canada, close friends in Japan so I can globe hop when ready to.

10) I am really friendly but even close friends tell me they don't feel they ever get all of me,that I hold back a lot.I may be a bit suspicious that I think stems from the story below my Grandmother used to say.

She used to recite this, ''One day a bird was flying and it was a freezing cold day, his wings got so heavy with ice he fell like a stone to the ground in a field and felt really down.
A cow came along and left him in a pile of its mess as it passed over him, and he thought, this day just gets worse, however, in the warmth of the cow pat the ice melted and he felt warmer, so he started to cheer up and began chirping although still in the cows mess.
Alerted by the chirping a cat came along to investigate,it saw the bird, scooped him out of the mess, then killed and ate him.

The moral of the tale being, that the person who dumps on you is not necessarily your enemy and the person who appears to be helping you out of the mess is not necessarily your friend''.

2. I own 15 instruments [3 Bass's, 2 Violins, 2 Violas, 2 Acoustics, 1 Electric Guitar, 1 Trumpet, 1 Ukulele, 1 Harmonica, 1 Keyboard and 1 Djembe] hilariously I'm not Grade 8 on a single one.

3. I have an uncle who's a transvestite.

4. I may be training to become a teacher from September.

5. When I'm out for a meal I only drink lemonade.

6. If any of you meet me, my coffee order is a latte

7. I was a bit of a slut around the ages of 12-14. [no sexytime just jumping from girl to girl like the player I am.]

8. I've never been chatted up/chatted someone up on a night out.

9. I always skip lunch and pretty much forget it exists.

10. I'm supposed to have 2 pieces played in a concert next month... I haven't started one of them.

Jesus.

6) I've had 115 hours training in a helicopter and plan to complete a full license.

7) I'm a staunch supporter of workers rights, and I went to Wisconsin last year to take part in a protest against the illegal stripping of union rights, by an American governor.

8) I'm currently attempting to write 2 comedy projects. One is about bible stories that you don' hear about in church, and the other is a satire about the way the media loses it's **** about people when they die. I don't know if I'll ever finish them, or whether they'll be the ****test things ever written, but it keeps me off the streets.

9) I have 2 deaf cousins.

10) I consider myself a strong, independent person who doesn't suffer fools, or take any ****, but I'm a complete sucker for my cat, who can manipulate me to do pretty much anything.

Ten things about me....prepare to have your eyes opened http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j303/GlennDines123/omg.png

1 I have been arrested for being drunk and disorderly

2 I have kissed a girl, but it didn't do much for me...just confirmed I like men

3 My ex (son's dad) is in prison for murder. A fair few of you already know this, I've openly stated it more than once - evil bastard!!!

4 I am a 42DD (bra size).

5 I am constantly striving for the willpower to actually write a book, I have started one on various occasions (fiction) and am determined to do it before I die.

6 I can't sing to save my life, think Hilda Ogden or a bunch of cats in an alley, terrible shame as I love music so much. You'll never get me on Karaoke!!

7 I have a crush on Jake Wood (Max Branning in Eastenders)

8 As a teenager, my brother and his friends once went into my room and drew on all my posters (the swines) so I locked them in the garage and left them there for ages. Mwahaha.

9 I like to count things  and add things up, it's a compulsion.

10 The first single I ever bought was Billy Joel's Uptown Girl on vinyl, and I have only ever been to one concert in my life (Westlife).

Niamh.

10) I’ve completed the Commando Challenge at the Royal Marines Commando Training Centre at Lympstone, Devon.

OH WOW. =(. That is awful, I was tempted to ask you about your ex, as I saw Scott wrote on your wall, but I didn't want to impose. <3

LOL at your kissed a girl story.

I really don't have 10 interesting facts, gawd I'm so boring.

1) I play 4 instruments - Cello, Irish drum, guitar, and piano (my main instrument).

2) I plan to retire at 40.

3) I've had dinner with Val Kilmer and Neve Campbell at different times.

4) I run a an under 9's football team with my brother (when my legs are in working order).

5) I am a member of the skeptic community, and regularly attend meetings around the world.

Is she as hot in real life?

Is she as hot in real life?

She's not really my thing to be honest, and if she wasn't famous then I wouldn't look at her twice, but she's really nice and down to earth. It's hard for anyone to look hot when they're eating a curry with a naan. She was married to my brothers best friend, but they've divorced now.

Kate!
04-04-2012, 12:31 PM
You can ask me Lucas, anyone can. It was a massive shock, I found out via the press, it was all over the papers, I didn't have any contact with him, and we'd been split up for years, we weren't married and my son has my surname, so we weren't brought into it at all thank God.

It took me some time and counselling to come to terms with it, as it brought back, for me, vivid memories of the past, I was in work on my break when I read the newspaper and had to go home, I was a mess.

Anyway, I never shy away from talking about it, it's quite therapeutic really.

3. I lived in a small council flat in South West London for almost 10 years, I now live in Kent.
4. When I was 5, I went on a holiday and stayed in a caravan, in a place 20 minutes from where I live now. We never knew this when we moved here.
5. I go to an all-boys Grammar school. My GCSE choices are Spanish, French, Business & History.
6. I nearly auditioned for Britain's Got Talent when I was 9 but decided against it due to poor stage fright in front of big audiences (and looking back in hindsight, lack of talent was also a factor LOLOL)
7. I am related to the man who wrote The Pied Piper (well like the famous novel or something).
8. Despite being incredibly clumsy and accident prone, I have never broken a bone.
9. I've been threatened at knife point. My diabetic friend and I were home alone at his house once and his blood sugar levels were too like...I can't remember if it was high or low but he went crazy and got a knife out. I cried for hours.
10. I was on TV on the discovery channel back in 2006 with Mum. It was a TV show about single mothers and I remember I loved the camera crew and show execs and stuff but hated the actual presenters who were shown on the actual TV show, and when I saw it was them on the thing I got really angry.

Just one slight addition to this.

Respecting peoples right to believe whatever they like is one thing that I agree with.

That all beliefs deserve respect, is not an opinion I share. I'll protect someones right to believe, but I don't think that belief in a god is worthy of respect without any evidence.

..who for...you or us?

I hadn't seen yours Shaun....

1)..ouch..painful
3) Paperclip jewellery is cool
5) :hug::hug:
6) 1..that actually surprises me..you should try and get to more
10)...I already knew that

What were you gonna do?

Sing :blush2:

To be fair, when I was younger I had an alright voice. Not a good voice though, but I have some natural singing ability. Well no it went when my voice broke, because I definitely don't sound good singing now.

I'ma do it, prepare to ****ing snooze.

1) I eat Tortilla Wraps with Pot Noodles, Curry, Chips

2) I turned down a role as a Coronation Street extra.

3) I wish I hadn't bothered as I failed my GCSE's and that was the reason I didn't take on the role.

4) I was only 'out of the closet' for a month, before I had sex with a guy for the first time (only time even)

5)I don't think I'l ever adopt in my life-time

6)I'm a people pleaser, if people around me aren't happy, I'm not.

7) I'm overly opinionated to the point where I'l address if, even if it hurts somebody.

8) I once split my best friend up from her boyfriend as I didn't like him.

9) I got lost in the Trafford Centre for 4 hours once.

10) I faced a traumatic ordeal at the age of 12 (If people really want to know, PM me, it isn't a nice story)

1. I can put my legs behind my head.

2. I’ve been single for about 5 years :| Chatting up women in any circumstance seems like the scariest thing in the world.

3. Which means... yeah...

4. I’ve never met my father.

5. I’ve had my nose broken on two occasions. Once after being kicked in the face wrestling on a bouncy castle at about 11 years old. The other time playing football a few years later, being caught by an elbow. So...

6. I had cosmetic surgery on my nose six months ago, and I’m having further surgery in the summer.

7. I pee sitting down.

8. I’m an emotional drunk. On several occasions I’ve ended the night crying while telling everybody how much I love them.

9. I only achieved 4 passes at GCSE level, thanks to my dreadful attendance and all round laziness. Thank god they're meaningless.

10. I once called a bouncer a cvnt after he repeatedly refused to let me into a club for looking too drunk. On reflection, maybe he was right...

ok ok, taking inspiration from other people's lists.

1) I have once been taken to hospital after a stool cracked open my head (I exaggerate, I can't remember too much but I was bleeding a lot and had to wear a helmet to bed)

2) I am an uncle to a beautiful niece and I genuinelly believe she is the prettiest baby girl I have ever seen in my entire life and she makes the whole family so happy it makes me happy.

3) I'm at University and I'm about to finish and hopefully get a job, in planning.

4) I have three older sisters, and it has had an effect on my mannerisms and being the youngest I often have taken things for granted in the past.

5) I prefer (and love) to be alone for long periods of time, especially in stressful times (like now in Uni).

6) I haven't had a girlfriend in a long time because I have serious confidence issues and I'm adament no girl will ever find me attractive

7) Like Karl says, masturbation is amazing.

8) I once won a Radio competition and won some goodies, the question was something along the lines of 'which five countries send the most post/mail per year' and we had the exact same book that the radio DJ was getting the question from.

9) I've left the country only once, to Gran Canaria. I hope to go travelling at some point because this country depresses me.

10) I am ridiculously boring.

1. I am a karaoke presenter, however if you met me 5 years ago I would never even DARE sing in front of people. I dont know what changed.

2. When I was 6 year old I broke my best friends glass cabinet by trying to climb to the top to steal a bath pearl to use when I got home because it was shaped like a dolphin. The cabinet fell, I fell to the side so it didnt quite land on me, but his parents were pissed because it smashed completely. I was banned from their house for a fortnight, which seemed forever back then :joker:

3. My nickname at senior school was jump. Partly because of my surname, partly because I refused to jump for any reason during games in PE because my breasts were massive compared to everyone else so I was paranoid

4. I still have a neopets.com account and I play pretty much everyday

5. I was once arrested and charged with fraud/obtaining money by deception. Its a long story but basically my boss hit on me and I turned him down so he said I wasnt getting my wages I was owed and was sacked also, so I wrote a cheque to myself (from his chequebook)for the amount I was owed, tried to cash it and got caught. I recieved 15 hours community service (I think it was that, I had to make posters that were anti-drugs and stuff like that) however on my last day the woman didnt pick me up so technically I still owe them 5 hours.

6. I once went through a phase of liking girls. I was sleeping with my mate for a few months until I decided it wasnt for me.

7. I had an abortion when I was 16 year old.

8. I have never broke a bone in my life, however my thumb nail has came off once after my sister jammed it in the door.

9. About 3 months after my nail came off when my sister jammed it in the door, I jammed my sisters finger in the car door. I swear it was an accident but my parents to this day do not believe me and say it was revenge.

10. I have a huge scar on my left hand that constantly reminds me not to get too drunk. I did it with a piece of glass when I was 15. I was mortal and arguing with a friend saying that it didnt look sharp, and stupidly decided to prove I was right. I was not right, clearly.

I think you are far from boring and I have loved reading all the lists on here, everyone is interesting to someone else.

I relate strongly to the 5th thing you mention above,I love being alone for long periods of time, it is also the main reason I first joined this forum, I was able to communicate without talking. It became 'my' time,if that makes sense, because it's hard to escape when you are in a house with others.

I think everyone who has done a list has given a bit more insight into them for others and so many are really amazing but all are interesting.

#1 I have 3 middle names - after my granddads.

#2 I nearly died when I was 4. I got a really bad case of the flu and all the docs called out just told my parents to dose me up on medication. It wasnt until the last 1 that told them I was completely dehydrated (all fluid lost through sickness and diarrhea), and if I didnt get to the hospital within hours Id be dead. s0b

#3 I use Google a lot to check my spelling... hai diarrhea!

#4 Im in my second year of A Levels, hoping to do a degree in Psychology at uni afterwards.

#5 My parents own a reptile shop. Specialising is snaaakes.

#6 I have travelled to all 4 main Canary Islands - Gran Canaria, Tenerife (x2), Fuerteventura and Lanzarote.

#7 I once took part in a German Exchange. My partner was an absolute spoilt bitch. We had a proper English/German shouting war in the car whilst my dad nipped into Focus. He returned to utter silence. She complained about everything from food to not having a shower only a bath, and moaned that I wasnt organising anything, when we had a trip to London in motion. After all that I wouldnt change her ever, bloody hilarious looking back!

#8 I am a virgin. \m/

#9 Ive been told Im a funny drunk but I do have moments where I feel emotional but can take myself away from people to let it pass without them knowing. Or I just space out hahaha

#10 Im not a massively sporty person but enjoy going swimming and playing squash. I also like "pub sports" such as cards, darts and pool (not that Im great at the latter 2..)

I think most people on TIBB generally have something a little socially 'out of the ordinary' about them and that is why I think so many stick around. This forum is like an escape for people. Like Samuel for example, I would never imagine him to have self confidence issues or anything but we all do I think. I am including myself in this and I do mean no offence.

1. I’ve lived in the same village all my life and it’s proper tiny, our primary school only had 38 pupils in total

2. First time I ever went skiing I broke my leg, had to be carried down the slope and taken up the lift by some random Austrian snowboarders and then taken to hospital on a snowmobile

3. My great Grandad lived till he was 107, I think he was the oldest person alive on the Isle of Man at the time of his death. He used to smoke a lot as well until he was in his 70s

4. I pretty much have no ambitions in life or any idea what I want to do with it

5. I’m a bit of a nerd for history and politics, I often procrastinate by just reading up on various theories and views

6. I'm pretty sh*t at meeting new people and I just generally try and avoid awkward situations even though I’m nowhere near as bad as I used to be

7. I’m a big cricket fan, even though I only play at village level, I go watch quite a lot of games. Once met the whole Sussex team when they started packing their kit away in their cars which just happened to be where we were chucking a ball around. I was also part of the half time “entertainment” at an England/Australia game, they just basically had a couple of junior clubs, one of which was mine, have a bit of a mini competition on the field

8. I enjoy quite a lot of other sports as well, especially football and American football. I love darts as well and played for my pub team for a couple of years, I’d become awful by the end though and lost pretty much every game even when we played an all-womans team, I’m convinced it was because of dartitis though, it’s a recognised medical condition!

9. I would love to travel in Africa or South America, had the chance when I was 15 but stupidly dropped out

10. I don’t think I’ve ever really done much of interest or significance in life which is why I’m using this to make up the numbers

It's a fair comment you make there Charlie.

I myself love this site, as I'm able to put all my insecurities aside, unless I'm feeling very low about myself and then I get way too sensitive as you've all witnessed more than once :) and totally be myself. I don't know how I come across to people on here, but I've been surprised at both Marc and Samuel expressing confidence issues, as they come over very confident and personable, nice decent lads. There ate a lot of amazing people here, I've never known a site like it, as someone said recently, it is a community.

I'm not really that interesting tbh, but here are 10 facts :3

1) I've only ever had to go to hospital once, and that was for dislocating my left kneecap. I'm still confused as to how I actually did it. The funniest part about it was, as they were wheeling me out to the ambulance, we went over a bump in the pavement and it snapped back into place. When I showed up at the hospital all they could do was give me painkillers, crutches and then send me home.
2) My parents haven't lived in the same country since I was 5.
3) I (used) to be able to speak Italian really well 'cause my Mum lived there for six years when I was a kid.
4) The first time I flew on an plane was when I was baby, and I've been on at least 40 separate flights since.
5) I get really anxious over the stupidest things: like meeting up with someone or if I don't file my school crap correctly.
6) I will never ever let myself cry in front of anyone no matter how low I'm feeling, instead I just push it all down.
7) When I was in Primary School, I was really badly bullied about my appearance, so now I'm really self-conscious about the way I look.
8) I think filing/organising things is fun.
9) My family is absolutely massive. I have at least 25 cousins, and 11 different aunts and uncles. And thats not counting second cousins and all that crap or family I have scattered around the world.
10) If I was a girl, my Mum would've called me -shudder- 'Gabriella Elaine McCrohan' because the initials spell 'G.E.M' (thank God I'm not a girl sa;hjaskjg).

1) I cracked my head open when I was about three after leaning back on a plastic garden chair and falling onto concrete. I had to have it glued. Thankfully, I don't remember any of it.

2) I've never smoked or tried any drugs. I intend to one day (though just to see what it's like, not as something to regularly)

3) On the subject of trying things, I'd say I'd like to try most things...I'm a firm believer in don't knock things until you've tried them, even if, quite hypocritically, I don't always follow this myself. But I intend to...that's what I mean.

4) I'm quite open minded about my sexuality and find it difficult to define, in fact I don't really bother anymore (I just say bi to make it easier). I find women more sexually attractive on the whole, but it's often guys that I have attractions to in TV shows and the like. Not too keen on the idea of sex with them though...but I intend to try it one day. Like I said before, I'm not ruling anything out...up for trying most things. Oh, and I've never actually discussed my sexuality with anyone other than people online. In fact, I don't really intend to, because I don't feel like it's something I need to 'come out' about.

5) I'd say I'm quite open minded when it comes to most things, and I often class myself as being one of the least judgemental people I know. If you're nice to me, then I'll be nice to you, I couldn't care less whether you're bi, black, Muslim, transsexual or whatever. It's the person that counts and it irritates me when people discriminate or don't realise this.

6) I question most things about the world, so much so that very few people get what I'm on about...in fact only a few people do.

7) I was baptised as a Roman Catholic but I'm anti-religious and funnily enough, completely oppose such practices. I have no problem with religious people, but I find the idea of this superior 'God' like character very difficult to comprehend, and when I think it through in my head...I just find it very hard to understand how people can believe in such a thing. I believe religion is largely the cause of all evil.

8) I'd say I'm quite liberal on the whole (this ties into my open-mindedness and questioning of the world). I believe people should be entitled to do as they wish, so long as what they're doing doesn't hurt or endanger anyone else, and that goes for most things (except economically...cause I'm anti-capitalist). A random hypothetical situation I suppose would be that if someone wants to walk down the street naked, I'd say they should be entitled to. There's exceptions to the rule, but I think this way on the whole.

9) I love Sociology (again, ties in with questioning the world) and am intrigued by the works of Karl Marx. Not saying I'm a Marxist...but it interests me.

10) I have quite a sick sense of humour, which often makes people question how I can claim I'm not prejudiced or anything, but as I always say to people, I think humour and comedy has no bounds and there are big differences between remarks made with malicious intent and remarks made that are quite clearly meant to be a joke. I laugh at jokes about Maddie McCann, but that doesn't mean I applaud the abduction of kids. I think the world would be a duller place if we didn't poke fun at the darker sides of life.

I wrote too much :(

Niall
05-04-2012, 12:38 AM
Jack just gave me an idea for my eleventh fact :amazed:

11) Out of my family, I seem to have the most extreme views politically. Though I've only taken an interest into politics in the last few years, I've kinda come to the conclusion that Capitalism will forever be something that will never help advance the people, but only hold back and oppress them. Ever since I came to that belief, I've tried to define exactly what I believe in politically speaking and the only thing that is closest to my beliefs is market socialism. The hilarious thing about it though, is that my Nan used to look after me, but she's the complete opposite of me politically speaking. She is extremely conservative and economically right wing, so I often argue with her about politics. We're both really stubborn so neither of use give up LOL.

..I don't think I agree with this Charlie..I know many people (not necessarily friends..but just through my job)..and I think most people..or a lot anyway...think of themselves as socially inept in one way or another..most people are not as confident as the appear..I think most Tibbs people are the same as everyone else..as 'normal' as everyone else..because there is no 'normal' at all
..the ony difference is..we have Tibbs to..talk and share stuff and to laugh at ourselves sometimes...and maybe we're a little less afraid to admit we're not perfect...actually I see that as a strength

I'm loving this thread - there are so many interesting facts about people that I'd never have guessed!

okay - here are mine for what they are worth.

1. I was born 3 months premature, weighed just over 2 lbs and spent the first 6mths in an incubator. I had to have my tear ducts bored as they hadn’t formed and my ‘pinky’ toe nails never formed either .

2. I opened up my first bank account with £1000 that I made from doing secretarial work at home, as well as making macrame (mortified) and selling them when I was 16.

Well here goes..

1) Obvious one to start off with - I'm currently living in Germany on a year abroad, teaching English and trying to improve my German. I'm coping fine but I can't wait for it to be over.

2) I've been an extra in a film (football film), I've been in the paper (for a school club I was in and for being assaulted which I'll mention later), I've been on a TV program (a gardening one!) and I've been on a TV advert (for a golf competition, an American film crew stopped me and my brother and asked us to do a little skit for them) - sadly I have yet to reach the heights of fame I truly deserve... lols.

3) I'm not sure what I want to do with my life, like many others on here, but I feel like I was born to entertain people and think I should get into comedy in some way. I'm constantly being told I should write a book and that I'm really funny, and I think I have a way with words. On the other hand, I would like to be a singer with a band, just to see if I'd be any good at it. I can hold a tune and I enjoy singing and often write lyrics but I've never done anything with it.

4) My greatest achievement in life so far is probably being the recipient of a trophy on my final day at school, for being the 6th year's sixth year, which everyone in my year voted for. It was a wonderful feeling and I have great memories from school.

5) I am a virgin and happily talk about it because I think it's a really common thing, just that there's this perception that if you haven't had sex by a certain age you must be a total weirdo - you're not, I'm not, and it's fine to be that way. I personally don't think I'm ever going to feel inclined to lose my virginity, I'd rather love and be loved than go out looking for sex, because I'm not that way inclined and I don't think I ever will be.

6) I get really worked up and nervous about social occasions a lot of the time, to the extent where I don't go to things that I said I would and ignore my phone when people try to find out where I am - yet if I go, I'm perfectly capable of being a normal human being. I'm not sure why it is that I get so worked up about it, and only some of the time, but it can be really debilitating and can ruin my day.

7) I have bad eyesight and wear contact lenses - I hate wearing glasses and think they make me look like an entirely different person. In relation to vision - I have a couple of floating dots in my vision that just kinda appeared one day and have never gone away. Most of the time I don't notice they're there but when I'm looking at a laptop screen for example, they show up on the white screen and can get on my nerves.

8) I once had a cancer scare but it turned out to be a cyst. I made a doctor's appointment by myself and they called my house phone while I was away on a school trip to confirm my appointment, which I'm still very angry about, because it worried my parents and I ended up having to tell them about something that turned out to be nothing.

9) I was assaulted the night of my 19th birthday just walking home by myself along an A-road. I wasn't drunk and I didn't provoke it, I just got punched twice and fell onto the road - a car was sitting at the lights but the driver didn't help me and never came forward, but I identified the guy who did it and he pled guilty eventually but I never got any kind of compensation or information about what happened in the end. That said, I still have a huge amount of respect and gratitude to the police officers who dealt with my case and have nothing but positive things to say about them, even though the experience deeply scarred me and gave me some serious anxiety problems about walking anywhere by myself or going outside at night time.

10) I met Shaun and MarkWaldorf from here and it was a brilliant experience, they are both lovely people and every bit as fun as they are/were (in Mark's case) on here and although you should always be wary about meeting people online, I would do it all over again, no question.

1 - I have Native American, Portuguese, Spanish and German descent.

2 - I've been to 16 different countries, but I've never been to Asia, Oceania or Africa.

3 - I'm fluent in Spanish and can speak English and French. I'm currently studying Advanced French and have been studying it for 5 years.

4 - I studied at St. Paul's, which is an English school that was founded in the 20's due to the massive influx of English immigrants in São Paulo.

5 - My family has 80+ hectare farm and it's the most beautiful and peaceful place I know.

6 - I'm the only Atheist in a very Catholic and religious family.

7 - I often feel extremely guilty for having such a good life in a country where so many people live in slums.

8 - Whenever I go out, I have to come back home before 5am because I feel awful when I see people at the bus stops going to work whilst I'm going home after an expensive and unnecessary night out. That's probably called Catholic Guilt.

9 - I hate water and I hate getting wet and if there was a way to get clean without the need to get wet it would be lovely.

10 - I hate driving.

I'm socially fine :idc:

LOL.... Believe me in all honesty: I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy!

Some of the things folk are coming away with: it really shows you the real mixture of people on here, their experiences, a real mixed bag of tricks. Some things are so sad to read of and learn as well. :(

Some things are amazing and are things that some of us only ever dream about !

1) I have a cat and dog and love them dearly.

2) I value my education but have been quite lazy with my GCSEs (no revision)

3) I've never done drugs but do drink alcohol.

4) I've a wide variety of music tastes.

5) I'm Agnostic until its proven that Science or Religion is correct.

6) I live in a horrid rough estate and wish to go to Uni abroad which is why I have to stick in at college.

7) The last time I had a sunny holiday was 5 years ago. :bawling:

8) I've never had a job.

9) This summer holidays has been a total waste as I've been on here most of the time. D:

10) I enjoy going to the countryside for days out:)

I ****ing love you! So similar to me :D

I am boring but I will try do this anyway.

1. The last time I was in hospital was just a few months ago because I wasn't able to sleep, I was awake for about 50 hours in total, ever since then I only have caffeine about once a month, I drink lots of decaffeinated tea every day though.

2. When I was born I had fluid in my lungs and died in my fathers arms, I somehow came back to life a few minutes later and they brought in a priest to the hospital and I received three of the seven sacraments when I was just born.

3. Referencing the previous point, although I was christened as a Roman Catholic, I have a very individual view on religion, I do not practice religion but I still believe that it helps in the understanding of some morals.

4. I do not judge people at all, I am very open minded and I believe that people should be allowed to make their own decision without having to conform to what society says is normal, for example if someone wanted to wear a chicken suit for the rest of their life then they should be allowed to without having less advantages than anyone else.

5. I live alone with my mother and our two cats and dog. I have two older brothers and a sister and also have a younger half brother who I rarely have contact with.

6. My boyfriend lives in Portugal.

7. I get random outbreaks of eczema on random parts of my body, I currently have it on two fingers of my right hand and one finger of my left hand.

8. I am very uncomfortable and shy in social situations most of the time, especially in the most natural situations, such as saying hello to a cashier when paying for shopping.

9. I will be 20 next month and have never tried smoking, drugs or alcohol and don't plan to. I also do not curse/swear.

10. My father died when I was three, I don't remember him, when I was in primary school I used to have nightmares that the other kids in my class were laughing at me because I didn't have a father.

1. Even though I'm vegetarian I hate animals.

2. I own 15 instruments [3 Bass's, 2 Violins, 2 Violas, 2 Acoustics, 1 Electric Guitar, 1 Trumpet, 1 Ukulele, 1 Harmonica, 1 Keyboard and 1 Djembe] hilariously I'm not Grade 8 on a single one. Now 16 I have a Mbira now

3. I have an uncle who's a transvestite.

4. I may be training to become a teacher from September. [FAILED.]

Have officially been grinded on by a random slag while dancing with my girlfriend that counts to me.

9. I always skip lunch and pretty much forget it exists.

10. I'm supposed to have 2 pieces played in a concert next month... I haven't started one of them. Only one of them was played in the concert and the guest of honour didn't like it FML

Cheeky bumpage.

NEW TEN COS I'M SO INTERESTIGN.

1. I have a mild obsession with mannequins. I draw them whenever I'm bored and it's made me quite good at drawing figures. Part of me would like a tattoo of one on my arm.

2. I avoid investing in modern technology as much as possible. For this reason my TV doesn't work, I still play N64 regularly and the only reason I have a BlackBerry is because my sister forced me... I hate it, I want to go back to my Nokia.

3. I can rarely hold a friendship for over a year. I'm not sure why, but I know it's a problem with me that I can't put my finger on.

4. I write a lot of screenplays. Mostly Sci-fi or drama based. In fact as lame as it sounds I'm halfway through my own version of Skins, but instead of there just being 5426539 love triangles I'm relating the characters to fears I and anxieties had about growing up. It's incredibly therapeutic, but slightly sad when the characters overcome a struggle that you've experienced and you're still sat there in the same position.

5. My father doesn't like being called Dad, so I call him by his first name. He's young at heart, I still see him out clubbing (which I hate), goes to music festivals with mates younger than him and stays up on the internet later than I do. Part of me thinks I'm gonna be the same.

6. I've spent more time thinking about my 21st birthday party than my choices for my PGCE.

7. My girlfriend recently pointed out to me that I don't just bend over backwards for my friends but I morph myself into some kindof hydra or something that caters to everybody's needs. It's made me evaluate my friendships a lot more and it kind of sucks.

8. I often think I'd rather be an animal than a human. Preferably domesticated. Probably a Dog. Things are so much less complex for them and they're perpetually happy.

9. Although I'm more of an artsy kid most my friends are into science/computers. The few times I've had to explain things to them is exhausting, so God knows what it's like when it's the other way around.

10. I really don't care for money. It sounds really stupid and possibly preachy but if someone told me I just won £10,000 I wouldn't really be fazed. It's not like I don't know the value of money, it just doesn't excite me for some reason.

5. Nearly fell out of my grandads car on a motorway.
6. I have no belly button
7. I was fed goats milk when I was born because I nearly died
8. I shat myself in my mothers womb
9. I was very nearly a daddy at 16
10. I crashed my driving instructors car and wrote it off on my first driving lesson.
