I thought it was interesting and thought provoking.

I personally think it is good that more women are getting involved with Football despite it being mainly male orientated!

I didn't watch it but I plan to catch up on iPlayer.

From what I gathered from what mates have said and Twitter, it seemed that women are trying to use their sex as a stepping stone into management. If you want the job and you're deemed good enough, you'll get it, gender shouldn't even have to be bought up.

Like I said, I haven't seen it yet, so I'll contribute more once I have.

Ev-ree-one knows birds can't present programmes.

Who was cooking her poor husbands dinner, whilst she was out gossiping with other women?

First the vote, now this. When will it ever stop?

Yeah it's exactly the same as the whole ''There's no black presenters, racism!!!''

it annoys me

Same. Demographics shouldn't come into it.

If anything, there should be an exploration into the discrimination of the average working class male in football. They're the ones who have been shafted the most, what with the increase in ticket prices and that.

The FA finally have a woman on their board and this one has a good business background;).
