A lot of streetlights are being replaced with LED ones that only shine light downward, rather than up, my street already has them, they're white too, not orange, also as a plus, they use less energy.

Maybe in very remote areas, but in town centers, you have drunkards on their way home who could easily walk out into the road and be hit by a car who didnt see them due to it being so dark

A drunkard isnt going to remember a LED torch, it'll be interesting to see what the country will look like when the LED streetlights are installed nationwide...at the very least, we'll be more white than orange :joker:
