I know my polls and that have been doing the rounds lately (apologies), but right now I need something to keep my mind busy. :p

Anyway, inagine yourself in a scenario. If someone started trying to piss out of you - and I mean really taking the piss (e.g. racist comments, random insults for reasons close to none), would you verbally attack them (maybe giving back insults and disses) or would you get up and start a punch-up?

Personally, I'd start throwing back some insults at first but would definitely start a physical fight if they were really asking for it, but they'd have to really piss me off for it to happen.

What would you do?

I would just leave if someone started to insult me.

Probably start insulting them back, and then run away if things got physical

Last one probably but I chose physical by accident

when I get really angry, I can verbally destroy people

it's like my vocabulary actually becomes smart

I'm alright at arguing in real life if people are horrible to me, I just pick on their flaws even more until they want to cry. If it gets physical though I tell myself it's not worth it but if the situation was bad enough, I would be physically threatening back.

Verbal. I don't like fighting, mostly for one of these reasons:

1. I might kind of still like the person, so genuienly feel abit bad if I ******ed them up.

2. I wouldn't want to wreck my hair, clothes, or most importantly my face.

But in saying that, when I do fight - I can fight. I just don't like it.

Ignore it and wouldn't do anything. I avoid anything like that at all costs.

Oh yeah, definitely.

But no on that note, people who go around fighting all the time are so awful, when they have no teeth and black eyes 24/7.

I'm a mix between verbally and walking away.

Idk :suspect:

If they were just saying something about me, I'd tell them to **** off and walk away. No point dishing out insults back, just makes you as bad as them and, frankly, I think it's childish. Do people actually get offended by name calling? Really?

..Yes? Well it depends how bad.

..Yes? Well it depends how bad.

Never understood it, myself. Why do you care what someone you don't give a **** about thinks of you? I mean, fair enough, you might care what a mate or family member thinks of you, but they wouldn't be the sort of people to insult you. Not in a serious way, anyway.

Depends. I would just try to ignore it, but if it persisted, I think there comes a point when you break. Verbal insults would then be used. And I would only attack someone physically if they hit me first. Then it would be all out war.

I have never been challenged to a physical fight since school, even then it was because I was sticking up for a friend not necessarily about me.

I don't really like arguing but will debate strongly, however if things appear to be starting to get nasty,I will just suggest we leave things at that and walk off, ignoring the situation after that.

I have never really seen violence help solve anyhtingso I hope will never need to use it.

Well I've never been in a physical fight so far, Can't say I never would because I've just never fallen out with or been provoked enough for it to happen. Normally though if someone winds me up I can keep cool about it and just leave it.

Verbal... physical only in self-defence. However... if someone that I knew was particularly insulting, I would be prepared to wait until a suitable time for revenge presented itself.

I have a terrible temper. Would argue back for a bit/ignore them (depending on my mood) but if they just wouldnt ST FU I would knock them out. Epecially if I was drinking

Depends, if somebody had a hate-crime against me and were calling me all the names under the sun, I'd be offended.

But mainly I have an acid tongue myself so I just retaliate.

 Vicky, you are very feisty !! Go girl :) I'm too soft, I'd run away, and if I get frightened by stuff I cry.

Would make sure I got the first punch.

Make sure it's a good one and they won't be able to fight tbh. Can't stress how important the first punch is.

To be honest, I'm not the sort of person who goes around asking for arguments, but if they ask for one, I'll be more than happy to give one. They work best in public.

Although I do physically fight, I prefer throwing back insults and throwing back arguments. Words speak far more than actions, IMO.

Verbal.

But if it comes to blows, throw the first punch, and than pretend to have a heart attack and hope they run away

I would punch them, stab them spit in their face and scream obsenities at their bleeding face.

If someone started trying to piss out of me, I wouldn’t waste my time and I just ignore them. I know my capacities, strength and my mind. I never take those stuff into mind and I just I leave the place away from them.

I'd ignore it. If someone started being a bully like that, the only way they'll stop is if they get bored. Knowing they can get a reaction from you will only make them try to wind you up all the more. I've learned to tune out any insults chucked my way.
