Help!
How do you stay healthy and remain a healthy weight?
Do you eat a lot of fish? vegetables? Fried with spray oil or mostly baked? Brown rice or white rice in moderation? Lots of exercise? none at all? No fizzy drinks? Treats only once or twice a month?
Help. :(

Dieting is unhealthy the majority of the time. Just cut down on the portions of whatever it is you do eat.
Although, I always binge on rubbish and I'm thin as anything.

I naturally enjoy healthy foods tbh
Erm in general my (vegetarian) diet:
Breakfast: Bowl of cereal with milk
Skip Lunch
2-6pm Various snacks (crisps, biscuits, pot noodle)
6pm: Usually Quorn cooked in sesame oil with a chinese stir in sauce accompanied with pasta.
8pm onwards: Any **** you can get your hands on.
Yeah, shocked that I'm thin. but I think it's because I eat really slow, my parents are fitness freaks, I don't eat meat and I wake up late meaning my stomach's left unsatisfied for ages.

I'm slim but I eat regular amounts I think, big bowl of cereal for breakfast; toast, fruit and yoghurt/crisps for lunch; then a cooked dinner. Usually with biscuits and more fruit in between. And sweets/chocolate like every night. But I'm a reaaaally slow eater so I don't know if that has anything to do with it... apparently if you rush your food then you get prone to putting on weight? (don't know if this has any truth in it at all...), but my friend eats so quickly and he's a lot bigger than me, so there could be something in it?
And when I'm at uni I totally walk everywhere and go to the gym once or twice a week :)

This sounds good to me. I'm not a big sandwich eater anyway, and I mostly have meat if I have a pasta dish.

Today I had
Breakfast cereals
Lunch 2 salad wraps with mayo
half an Easter egg
Dinner Loads of veg with gravy and Quorn fillet
Later if I feel hungry I always have a cup a soup.I always make sure I have breakfast and try not to eat after 8pm,I eat normal I just lay off the bread, biscuits and stuff like that,I also do Zumba twice a week and take the dogs for walks every day.I also eat a fair bit of healthy yogurts .
Losing weight is actually very easy. You just need the willpower.
Don't eat junk food, cook fresh meals everyday (doesn't matter what it is, it will always be better than microwaveable meals and takeaways). You don't necessarily have to cut down the amount of food you eat, just make sure you aren't eating ****. But most importantly.. you must exercise exercise EXERCISEEEEE!
And I emphasis the exercise because you can eat the healthiest **** in the world but if you're ingesting more calories than you're burning off, you're not gonna shed those pounds.
My daily routine is walk for 30 mins (I walk everywhere anyway) and rigorous (anaerobic as opposed to aerobic) exercise for at least an hour, and I look better for it.
I'd also like to let all you fatties know i eat so much **** each day and remain thin it's unreal, basically i can anything i want

Ive always struggled with my weight. in 2007 i ballooned
So i started LIPOTRIM
tHE RESULTS WERE INSTANT AND AMAZING
I lost 2 stone in 2 weeks
However When i met my partner in 2008 i slowly started gaining weight.
At the end of 2010 id put 5 stone on.
Because id destroyed my metabolism with LIPOTRIM everythingi was eating was putting on weight....everything
in 2011 i started the DUKAN diet
the weight came off very quickly at first and then steadily
by summer i was down 3 stone, felt fantastic
Now even when i eat massive amount of crap i only ever gain 1-2 lbs as apposed to 7-8 before the diet
at christmas i gorged for weeks and weighed myself, i gained 3lb!!
Its seriously the BEST diet ive ever ever done!
thoroughly recommend it

A simple trick for people wishing to lose weight, turn your meals around, have a big meal in the morning when your body uses more fuel, a normal lunch, then a bowl of cereal for dinner as your metabolism is slowing down.
Exercise is for toning, and unless you do serious amounts, it won't really help you lose any weight. Food/metabolism control your weight, exercise controls your muscle definition/tone.

Just for the record (because I keep thinking about it) I know 11 stone makes me sound huge, but I wasn't that big :joker: My mum weighed less than me at the time and she was bigger.
I think it varies for different people, like a fat person could be 9 stone and a skinny person could be 13 stone. Doesnt bone size have something to do with it as well?
