This is released on Friday and is the story of an orphan chimp, who is not adopted by a family member after his mother is killed by a leopard, but instead, he is adopted by the group leader, which is extraordinary.
Because the leader becomes so engrossed with playing with his new friend/son, he forgets about things like patrolling the borders of the territory which causes other chimps to move in and try and wipe them out.
This has been filmed by the BBC team that make documentaries, and hasn't been disneyfied. This is absolutely true. I heard about this a while back and forgot all about it.
It will be amazing for animal lovers, and even for people interested in humanity, too.
