Henman to get knocked out in the second round. (not sure he'll get past the first though).
Murray will be 2 sets to 1 or 2 - 0 up in a match and then run out of steam and lose.

Always one for building confidence for the British hopefuls.
If Tim gets to the 2nd round he will most likely play federer.
So It seems Andy Murray is our chance!

Murray's playing Nadal. There goes his chance. Even if he gets past him he'll be knackered for the next round and end up getting sick all over the court and complaining of cramp.
Delightful.

All the British men on court right now (Well 4 or 5 of them) and Henman has finished, winning in 5. Shame Federer will slaughter him in Round 2!

He is "absolutely certain" he can beat him though. Ah well, he can always hope...
I never watched the whole game but from what i saw Henman played some good tennis.

That's typical Henman.Soldering's a decent prospect though.Murray looked as though he was playing well when I had it on.Good win's for brit's Jamie Delgado and Richard Bloomfield yesterday.

Be good if he did, open up the Men's Draw. Wouldn't fancy Nadal, as he is not a grass court player, but maybe Roddick and Hewitt could go far.

When does he play Nadal?
The draw says Phau or Benneteau (who could beat Murray) then it's likely to be Roddick
Don't like Murray, he's too cocky for someone who has achieved nothing in the game yet.

Dutch Players @ Wimbledon!
Men:
Melle Van Gemerden, who plays Britains Josh Goodall today
Ladies:
Michaella Krajicek, plays Sam Stosur of Australia today
So, just the 2 :joker:
Although, I do like Miss Sharapova, as per Slatibartfast.
She is an honorary Dutch Ladie this fortnight

Why do those idiots draped in Union Jacks continue to cheer like mad for Tim Henman??? .. the guy is a loser. .. If i was them i'd drape myself in a Swiss flag, and pretend to support Federer.

I love how English people can change their opinion of someone just because they aren't as succesful.
Not so long ago, Tim Henman was the best thing since sliced bread. Now he's been ditched.
I love it.

So much for being optimistic about his chances. After he lost the first set he basically gave up. Oh well, no surprises.
I bet Federer was shocked at how much of a pushover he was.
Yeah i think after the first set he just went, then Federer winning the second set 6-0 just showed how poor Henman was today.

I like Federer's blazer... the man has class.
Tim did well in the first set but from then on it was simple for Federer, you just cannot afford to make those type of error's against someone as good as him.

Bits I saw, Murray played well, but Roddick has been out of sorts for a while.
I was hoping the English crowd would boo the Scot for a laugh :joker:
Lol, in his post match interview he said he was hoping England would win and was suprised Lampard and Gerrard missed penalties.

That's funny, before the tournament he said he'd cheer for whoever England was playing :conf:
I think his people have had a word with him about how he puts himself across and how he needs as much support as possible, and by hoping England lose, the public may turn against him.

Andy Murray watches Big Brother to keep his mind off Wimbledon...
Magnificent Murray watching Big Brother as he keeps hype in check
STEPHEN BOND
BIG Brother is providing Andy Murray with a helpful Wimbledon distraction in more ways than one.
Not only is sibling Jamie keeping Murray's feet on the ground but the collection of freaks and self-publicists on the Channel 4 show has become acquired pre-match viewing at the Scot's temporary SW19 base.
Murray was preparing to take on Cyprus' Marcos Baghdatis today for a place in the quarter-finals and a likely match-up with former champion Lleyton Hewitt.
But last night he was more concerned about the latest gossip from the housemates.
"Watching BB in the evening really takes my mind off things," said Murray. "I've missed it a couple of times because I've left Wimbledon late as I've had some TV interviews to do. I was gutted.".....

Thats a shame
Baghdatis outplayed Murray today, I can see him going far but Murray really was off form, strange how many unforced error's he was making.
Murray was no were near at his best today i thought he was coming back when he went 3-0 up in the second set but he managed to loose that.

Ladies Semi Finals
Henin Hardenne v Clijsters
Sharapova v Mauresmo
Mens Semi Finals
Federer v Bjorkman
Baghdatis v Niemenen or Nadal
My Sharapova and Federer prediction is still on then .Baghdatis look's in really good form, I think he'll make the final.

Baghdatis has done really well. A lot of people didnt give him enough credit for beating Murray! No matter what anyone says Murray is a good player and the future of British Tennis. So, even though he was very poor against baghdatis, it shows just how good baghdatis is. I think he will beat Nadal, but cant see Federer even dropping a set in the final.
Has anyone in the mens game ever won Wimbledon without dropping a set throughout??? Anyone know???

Maursesmo is world number one though, Shaporva is only number 3!
Flipping good game, I had about 5 heartattacks during that game.
Sharapova was a bit wayward with her shot's, she could do with not hitting it so hard all the time.

Mens Tennis =
Serve, Ace, 15-0
Serve, Ace, 30-0
Serve, Ace, 40-0
Serve, Double Fault 40-15
Serve, Opponent gets frame of racket on ball, OUT Game - server

I watched quite a bit of the tennis this year and although i like watching the mens tennis i do agree with what your saying ITH about the Serve/Ace and it happens so often these days because the serves are so powerful.
i like both nadal and federer. both class players!
Yeah me too Andy, they have a good little battle going there, in a friendly way.
