A caviar-eating contest has been held in Russia.
A Moscow nightclub hosted the event, in which participants competed to speed-eat the delicacy, The Daily Telegraph reports.
The winner, 49-year-old Alexander Valov, ate a pound (500g) of caviar in 90 seconds, estimated to be worth around £3,100.
He was awarded 10,000 rubles (£211) and several more glass jars of the salty food.
Competition organiser Alexander Novikov said: "I once saw a report on how they made big chocolate truffles in Georgia and organised an eating competition.
"I remembered foggy Albion where they compete in nettle speed-eating contests, and hamburger [speed-eating contests] in America. I thought, why shouldn't we do our own Russian competition? So it happened."
