They did kind of give the impression the whole weekend would be live. Even though they never confirmed it it was implied but tonights show was pre recorded.

TBH last night and tonights show have both been a pile of **** and the ratings are gonna plummet. People just arnt connecting with the contestants and this can be seen by how few followers they have on Twitter with some only having 5000.

It had such a promising start but have to say im dissapointed.

Horrible editing on tonights show to, the crowd even cheered for Ruth seconds before it was announced she was safe.

I watched it and thought it was okay, they did say on Saturday that tonights programme was the results programme, they didn't say it was a 'live' results programme.

2 acts had to go home, 2 did and I still cannot see anything worng with The Voice at all, I cannot see people not supporting it on the 'live' programme on a Saturday just because of a 35 minute results one the following night.

Not as good as TXF live shows. Too rushed and the performance-side of the singing is a bit naff really.

Maybe take a page out of the US version (Which has a live results show, at the beginning it's the live guest performance, public's saves reveal, sing-off, each coach's save)

They always reported in the newspapers that the results show would be pre-recorded. I'm sure they used to do that for SCD or something aswell.

I've got to say I enjoyed the straight to the point, no dilly-dallying approach to the results. The X Factor is tedious to sit through all of the padding. Constantly going to talk to people and showing video clips over an hour before getting to the point of booting someone off.

It dropped to 8.6 million last night.
