Jade was the one responsible for this week's failure but I do think Azhar was the right choice. It's been well overdue, he's not suited to business at all. Not much of a people person, which is very important.

Disappointed in Jade, really thought she was a dark horse, and she messed up.

However she was clever when it came to the final boardroom, she put forward a good argument and she was clever to pick Tom to bring back because if Laura and Adam went back they would have argued and shouted to get Jade fired, but with Tom he seems to be calm and not the type to argue, so for her it was a good move, and it worked, he didn't attack her.

Should she had gone? Not sure, Azhar was a background person, and he did complain alot, and up to this point Jade for me has been the stronger, so seeing as Azhar had a second chance after like week, he wasted it.

On the other side, Steven and Ricky were awful and it annoyed me they think they are great :/ Jenna is the surprise dark horse at the moment; okay PM last week and this week she sold well (although it was her field of work)

Currently in the running

Nick - 2 PM wins will help him, and no final B/r yet
Tom - Calm approach, will be interesting to see if he does well as PM next week
