Okay, so I know there's a British version of this (that airs here in America as well) but now TLC has created an American version. I haven't watched much of the British version - but the people on the American one are WEIRD AS ****.
On the episode I watched, there was a 17 year old girl getting married to a guy she's only met like twice! And she dresses and looks like a slut but won't kiss or have sex with a guy before marriage ("If your first kiss isn't at the alter, you're unclean). And all the guys have the EXACT. SAME. HAIRSTYLE. that's like an even uglier version of Pauly D from Jersey Shore's hair. And everyone dresses tacky and trashy, and their accents are this bizarre mix between Southern redneck and Eastern European.
