It doesn't matter how many times people have seen it, I've seen it twice, and there is no way you can tell it is a goal or not on that many viewings. Big Andy has got it at least half way over the line, the goalkeeper, the referee, the linesman... they can't be 100% certain on one viewing.

Goal-line technology needs inserting right away, it is too much.

No one will agree, but just wait until the Euro's/Olympics, it will strike again.

:joker: It wasn't 100% over the line so you can't give it again I guess.

I'm more in favourite of the chip in the ball idea then hawk eye

Clearly not a goal, amazing call from the Linesman.. Cech knew it wasn't in either.

Shame seeing him in this sort of way but depression and booze has took a firm hold on him, had a bright future in front of him as well but that cynical ****** Drogba shattered the poor lads dreams, think i'll take him to the Capital thread and Scott can tend to his wounds and see he makes a full recovery from this

Heard him talking on the phone to Claymores earlier. Well, I say talking, but it was just a mix of slurring and crying.

Good old Clay might see some sense in this matter, am sure the second division of scottish football have faced the difficulties many of times

Trouble with goal-line technology in football is - unlike for example tennis - it will hardly ever be used.

Will have to take credit for it finally happening

yeah, you can just tell when it's introduced there will be hardly any goal mouth scrambles, and people will want it for all sorts of decisions in games now, which would totally disrupt the flow of the game

Ramsay

it has to be introduced ..so much to gain and little to no loss if we use it

We'd of beaten Germany if it wasn't for that disallowed goal...trust..the momentum

Can remember having an argument on here for hours about that

Haha I don't think so, they completely outplayed us

Well it would have been 2-2 if Lampard's goal had counted so you have a point Nathan.

Anyway I think the cameras only have to be in the penalty area so i'd be happy with this.

King Gizzard

I know they outplayed us, but that was up till till that goal and after it, if we had got that goal they'd of been on the backfoot and we'd have the momentum and confidence

MTVN

Yeah but how important is momentum really, it might have kept us in it for a bit but they had the greater quality and played the better football and that'd have been the winning factor I reckon
