Since the two judges are all but official. It's time to focus on the hosts.

It's been confirmed that it's going to be a male/female cohosting tandem just it's not known who's the host

Here's what I know so far
Gwen Stefani has been offered 7 mil for the hosting gig
Fergie could be in the running since she was in the running as a judge and has hosting experience with Great Pretenders and Hosting the west coast's Rockin' New Year celebration after the countdown in NY is over.
It could easily be Dermot by himself
Glee's Darren Criss*
Raven Symone is rumored to host with Chad Micheal Murray.

Here's who I am sure not going to host it

Nick Cannon cannot because I'm sure he has an exclusive contract with NBC for Got Talent. And People would hate him anyway more than like
The Same goes for Ryan Seacrest with Idol, which is with Nigel's company, not Fremantle.

They're waiting until bootcamp probably. For all that we know it could be Dermot and they don't wanna fly him between US and UK all the time.

I need to add Erin Andrews to the race. She left ESPN for Fox Sports and they rumoredly tried her out for the X Factor job according to some people on twitter (It's been confirmed she's leaving ESPN for Fox Sports).

No one hosting wise. They can still probably narrate the scenes. I think they had on the Aussie version a hosting replacement midway through the 2nd season and they had footage of the first one which they had to get rid off and replace with the new one since the first host quit and went off to rehab.

Well the latest reports has Glee's Kevin Mchale (Artie, the wheelchair) in talks with the show.

Great choice, he's a natural and people would be very familiar with him. He was in Pepsi Social Ads for the X Factor last year where he would talk about getting your tweets on the commercials.

If You're a glee fan, this shouldn't affect him taping Glee.

He's not paralyzed in real life and doesn't wear glasses.
