Holymoly has posted some info on this series in the link below.

He says that he has been filming something for the last four months that has never been done before. What could this be? Could it be a pre recorded big brother? Lol

Great last time they attempted something never done before we got Andrew leaving on the back of a pony.

:amazed: @ the longer trailer coming soon though.

It seems to relate to the presenters, not the actual show.

Must be something to do with the housemates back story maybe

I bet it's a time lapse of the house or something.. but then that was done in 2008, so idk.

Not as if they have much knowledge to remember it, they thought the Georgia Salpha thing with the nominations on the spot was a massive twist that was so new, when it had been done about 9 times in the past.

Can't think of anything else that hasn't already been done. Maybe he has been interviewing foreign guest and we will have an international bb.

Wouldn't surprise me if pre-recorded was the way forward. Making it even more like TOWIE.

That looks like a stadium tunnel they're walking through. So maybe they brought a bunch of Hms from other version for a commercial which would be a first.
or that thing in the daily star is true and they're having a 24 hour turnaround for CBB

The thing is he says he has been filming something that's never been done before for 4 months .
Maybe he has been recording voices for big brother. So when someone is called to the diary room it's his voice you hear.

Or maybe he has single handily picked each housemate?

That's a bit too extreme don't you think

I bet it's just that auditions show he's doing, and he's forgotten that there was one before.

I bet it's a behind the scenes show of how the eventual housemates went from their audition, through the following stages before being chosen.

I reckon they have been following the potential housemates and will even film them getting told they have made it into the house.

Kind of like X Factor audition shows.

Actually this would be awesome.

No. Nothing more extreme than everything else that's ruined the show.

This sounds very likely. He says he's been filming for a few months so it wouldn't surprise me if he follows all of them from the first auditions right up to interviewing them at home etc.

-has visions of applicants pleading with sob stories to a panel of producers that they want to win Big Brother to make their dead cat proud, whilst Daughtry's 'What About Now' plays as they find out they've become a housemate and their family come running on, while Jamie wipes tears away sarcastically in the background-

I really hope it's a good one! I can't really think of anything at the top of my head that they haven't done

I honestly bet it's just an Auditions show, how Jack is saying.
If it is then :bored: I'll not even watch it - I honestly don't care how these dullards got from the audition hall to the house, I just want to watch them IN the house.

I'd like a Behind The Scenes thing though, I mean I'd REALLY LOVE THAT. Like the construction of the house, the producers planning the eye design, talking amongst the staff and deciding on sh*t, bits of the audition process maybe.

Yeah, I thought that...maybe they'll also show more footage of the nutters that auditioned but didn't get on...or have they done that already?

Id like an extened VT on the HMs. Would be cool to see how they change from that to in the house.

No it would be very interesting actually, we'd have more of an insight into them from the start. Although fair point that if they all trotted out sob stories, that would be annoying.

But the fun on launch night (except CBB) is that you don't know them. It's a blank slate that you fill in over the next 9 weeks. Any extended VTs would be even more edited and more faked up than the highlight shows, especially if Jamie East is on screen all the time.

They would also slow down the pace of the show in the opening week if every time a Housemate appears in the highlights show we get flashbacks to 4 months ago when s/he was auditioning.

This is probably what they have done, though.

Jamie East was at the Auditions all day with a camera crew filming as he filmed me for quite a while and others, though he hasn't been doing any other filming of potential housemates since that I know of.
He also wasn't at the 2nd lot of callbacks, so I cannot imagine what it could be.

VTs in the past have included footage from the auditions. Nothing "never done before" there.

Yes there were 2 cameras that I saw, Jamie and his men had one and another camera from the production team was going around too asking questions and filming wannabe housemates.
