BB8 vs BB13?

Everyone on Twitter, YouTube, Forums and even in my school today - have been saying it.. that the eye resembles the BB8 Eye alot.

Obviously it wasn't intended to, I guess they just realized they haven't had a multi coloured eye in ages, and most people like the BB8 Eye.. probably the only thing anyone actually likes about that travesty of a series.

But compare the two, which is your favourite?

bb8 was not a travesty of a series, i thought it was good! i do like bb13 eye onlu cause it looks like a fruit pastel and its shiny!

The thing is, they really don't look that much alike, bar the fact they're both multicoloured. Hell, they don't even share the same colour palettes.

I didn't mind the BB13 eye after first seeing it, but when you put it next to the BB8 eye, it's pretty awful looking tbh.

I've watched every series in full except those two, I gave up in the last few weeks of both of them. But I saw enough for my opinion to count. BB8 was the worst series ever.

Definitely the BB8 one.:lovedup::flowers: Wasn't impressed with BB12 eye aka C5 logo 2011 and not impressed with BB13 aka C5 logo 2012 either. C5 logo's will never be in the same league as Eatock's BB ones imo.

I haven't seen the BB13 advert yet though, only judging the eye as pictured.

BB8 > BB11 & BB12

BB11's first like 3 weeks beat BB8's entire run, BB12 was also an awesome series - just lacked something.

All in all, the only amazing things about BB8 were the eye, titles and the house. :lovedup:

At first if someone asked me if i liked the new Hello Charlie eye design last year I would told them I hated it because I was so used to the C4 eye for 11 years. But now I look at the new bb13 eye next to the bb8 eye I think new design is better and a good fresh start to bb summer, But they really need to put logo on door and bring back old stairs and cars and especially the LIVE FEED

In retrospect BB8 is miles above BB12, CBB8 & 9. It at least held my attention for about 7/8 weeks.

Out of normal BB, only BB4 is worse than BB8, but it was a magnificent eye and opening titles imo. I am 100% sure that BB13 will be a better series than BB8, and that is much more important than eyes even though I do miss the C4 Eatock ones.

Also the awful BB13 eye is better than the BB12 one and will most likely look a lot better in the opening titles, but will it be a better series than BB12? I am really hoping it will have a much higher quantity of interesting housemates/twists this time, something that BB12 didn't have and looking back I rate around 7th/8th favourite of the normal BBs.
