Mine would have to be Grace and Aisleyne just after watergate. Pity she went I would of liked to have seen more drama.

nah, grace was leaving & really didnt argue her case. sezer was to strong for richard, mikey was to strong for nikki, but lisa & ash could have been something!

the gate suffix was coined after the Watergate scandal. Look up President Nixon on Google.

Since then, practically every scandal has been suffixed with -Gate.
