Coach changes you'd make for next year?

Any suggestions for changes to the coaches next year? Bear in mind the BBC bosses would be looking for someone who can actually sing!

One that sprung to mind for me, after just finishing off the results show, was Paloma Faith. Can sing, is entertaining and has talent. Would be a decent addition imo.

Any other suggestions?
