View Full Version : Favourite Musical Film?
Inspired because I just heared Michelle Pfeiffer on Radio1 talking about her new film (Dark Shadows) and she got asked basically what film do people always ask her about and say is their favourite etc. and the interviewer said she loved Grease 2.. obviously it's not as great as the original one but it reminded me of it.
Just wondered what your favourite musical film is!

Dirty dancing isn't a musical, is it?

Willy Wonka has sentimental value, I watched it every Christmas as a kid........and now  I even used one of the songs from it as my first dance song when I got married...........not the Umpa Lumpa one..........although I did get them to play that too

Lol i've watched charlie and the chocolate factory a million times. I used to spend weekends at my cousins house when i was a kid, and they on;ly had 3 videos....Charlie and the chocolate factory, Indiana Jones and the temple of Doom, and Tremors (a horror movie about underground monsters) and i still love all three of those movies.
I think i've seen them all atleast 50 times lol.

I really love most Musicals, oddly enough not the Saturday Night Fever and Grease films though.
I prefer older musicals and the one I have a special thing for because I watched it so often with my Grandmother when it was ever on TV,when I was younger, is 'Finians Rainbow', a real crazy film but for me anyway it has great magic.
