It's a saying that people say around here and wondered if anyone else experiences/hears of it.

Basically it's that if you hear of 1 person passing away, then you'll hear of 2 others.

Like today, Sophia, Donna Summer & one of my Dad's friends sadly passed away.

I remember also in a period of a week that a neighbor, Whitney Houston and a girl I sort-of knew passed away.

It's kind of the same mindset as "all of the house appliances break at the same time" which seems to be common coincidences.

Idk, I just really find it odd.

I heard that bad things can happen in threes, not just deaths.

It's just a saying. Doesn't good luck come in threes also?

Bad things happen in 3's

Back in 2009 in the space of 9 days i got hit by a car, the pub i worked in caught fire and there was a gas explosion next door.

My friend was a nervous wreck lol

I believe it occurs with death to

3 family members (not totally close) are dead or dying from cancer since April 1st.

I can't say I've particularly noticed.
